In the third season, Clarke returns to take a leading role in the war against A.L.I.E. , the AI that caused the nuclear apocalypse that destroyed the world. Clarke ends up losing Lexa, the commander of the Grounders and Clarke's lover, while many of her family and friends fall under the AI's control.
Clarke's reason for killing Bellamy comes from wanting to protect Madi. But, what does Bellamy's death lead to? Madi decides to go against Clarke's actions, going straight to Cadogan herself. By doing that, Madi undermines the reason Clarke killed Bellamy in the first place.
Bellamy Betrays Clarke
Although the show later explains that Bellamy truly believed he was doing it for the greater good or was possibly brainwashed, it is obvious that he doesn't seem very loyal when he gives out the secret that Clarke had just shared in his ears as they reunite after so long.
Her loved ones have chosen not to transcend (which is, somehow, a first) in order to stay with Clarke. They reunite on Earth. They will not be able to procreate, so this is the end of the human race as we know it.
But in tonight's episode, Jaha's oxygen deprivation on the failing Ark reached dire levels, causing him to first hallucinate that baby we heard crying at the end of the premiere (yes, it was fake!) and then none other than his dead son.
She'll never die." Madi chooses not to return to human form and live on Earth as she knows that living there with no one Madi's own age for her to love is not something that Clarke would want for her even if it mean Clarke being alone.
Does anyone know what happened to Octavia and Lincoln's child? They never had a kid Octavia was never pregnant. If you google the 100 there's a clip of her telling Lincoln she's pregnant, then they show the baby, then they leave it behind for her brother to take care of.
Lexa and Clarke discuss the plan of attack on Mount Weather, and Lexa tells Clarke that Clarke was born for leadership. After Bellamy's sister Octavia realizes that Lexa and Clarke knew about the missile strike, Lexa attempts to have her killed, but Clarke stops it.
In Season 4, Clarke injects herself with more Nightblood, i.e. Luna's blood marrow, as part of Abby's research into alternate survival plans for Praimfaya. Apparently, this made her a proper Nightblood, giving Clarke the ability to survive the radiation that Praimfaya unleases on the planet.
Along with the rest of Clarke's friends, Octavia chooses to return to human form in order to live out life on Earth alongside her new boyfriend Levitt, so that Clarke will not be alone forever.
Whether platonic or romantic, it can hardly be denied that Bellamy and Clarke love each other. Octavia said as much to Bellamy when he came to talk her out of killing Clarke, saying he was “pleading for the life of a traitor who [he] love[s].” He didn't deny it.
Bellamy's betrayal ultimately leads to his death at Clarke's hands, but Echo accepts that the Bellamy she had loved was already dead and forgives Clarke, in which she blames Bill Cadogan for Bellamy's death.
Because of the one child law on the Ark, Bellamy and Octavia are the only known siblings among the Sky People. Ever since Bellamy sided with Pike in Season Three, their relationship has been strained. After Lincoln's death, Octavia disowned Bellamy, blaming him for Lincoln's death.
Bellamy was sick of always being controlled and following strict rules his whole life, so he took his newfound freedom as a chance to do whatever the hell he wanted.
Although it certainly would have appeased some fans, pairing Clarke up with Bellamy at the last minute would have diminished the impact of her relationship with Lexa and taken away from her character's personal growth. The 100's ending was a fitting send-off for its characters.
Instead, Octavia hugs and comforts Clarke, forgiving her and stating that she believes that the old Bellamy, the one who would've done anything for his sister and loved ones, would've forgiven her too.
Jake was born on the Ark, and he rose to become the senior environmental engineer and deputy resource officer. He married Abigail Griffin and they had one daughter, Clarke together. He was close friends with Chancellor Thelonious Jaha and Councilor Marcus Kane.

Bellamy tries to convince her they did what was necessary, but Clarke just can't not think about it and look at all of the people she saved every day, knowing how she got them there. Clarke then kisses Bellamy on the cheek then hugs him, telling him to take care of everyone.
