The start of The Reckoning begins, as stated by Sebastian. Mary was pregnant with her first child and had been so for 6 weeks. Mary had a miscarriage, presumably from drinking too much alcohol, as it was not known to cause problems with pregnancy until the early 1900s.
Catherine and Kenna also appear. Before, in the beginning of the episode, Mary realizes that she is pregnant with Francis's child. A few days later, she has a miscarriage and the baby dies unfortunately in that very same episode.
As a result of the marriage, Francis became king consort in Scotland until his death. The marriage produced no children, and may never even have been consummated, possibly due to Francis's illnesses or undescended testicles.
In the final scene of the episode, Mary and Francis are making passionate love. After reminiscing of their childhood, Mary announces her pregnancy to Francis in The Lamb and the Slaughter.

Despite grieving her boyfriend's death, Lola continues being a loyal friend to Mary. She gives her council about Sebastian, Francis,, and even blackmails Queen Catherine into leaving her and Bash alone. Lola sleeps with Francis, betraying Mary.
Mary wants to marry Bash that day and asks Bash will he marry her. She does not want to wait for the Vatican's approval, legitimizing Bash. Bash gets down on his knee and proposes to her. Mary says yes.
She was forced to marry Bash in Monsters. Kenna moved away because she was pregnant with General Renaude's child. However nothing about her has been mentioned leaving her ultimate fate unknown.
