A clear attraction
Rey and Ben aren't siblings. Their connection has never played out like a brother-sister relationship. Throughout The Last Jedi, it seems clear that there's an attraction between the two of them. Yes, they're enemies, but they're also drawn to each other.

She does not have a baby bump, her hand never goes to her stomach to indicate she's carrying a child, and there wasn't exactly any time for her to have conceived a child with anyone in the course of the film, including Kylo Ren/Ben Solo.

Using a newly introduced Force ability, Rey healed the scar she gave Kylo Ren in The Force Awakens during their duel in Rise of Skywalker. Rey didn't just heal the lightsaber wound in Kylo Ren's gut, but his face scar from The Force Awakens also went away after Rey saved him in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
The birth of Zayne
Zayne was born to his mother Rey Palpatine in the year after the Battle of Exegol, through mysterious and perplexing circumstances. His father could not have been Ben Solo, he died before Zayne could have been conceived whilst Rey was not intimate with a single man either.
How does Ben Solo die? Ben Solo dies after he and Rey are stripped of their energy by the Emperor and he makes the decision to heal her, sacrificing his own life so Rey might live on.

Upbringing. Zayne showed talent in the Force, as many expected, being Rey and Ben's son, but the boy was never trained by his mother. Instead, Rey kept her life as a Jedi Master and as a mother separate from her son, reasons being unknown to anyone for close to twenty years.
A crystal embodies the Jedi as the heart of the lightsaber, and pure kyber has no color until it's bonded to the Force user. This process likely resulted in Rey Skywalker's lightsaber being yellow.
