it's because zenitsu's hearing is so sensitive. Crows have loud and garish voices. It is implied that the sparrow was an accommodation. for zenitsu's special hearing.
Chuntaro is the "kasugai crow" that was assigned to Zenitsu after he passed Final Selection. His real name is actually Ukogi, but he was nicknamed Chuntaro by Zenitsu and it's unknown if the bird is aware that he has a given name. He is frequently seen perched on top of Zenitsu's head.
Finally, As demonstrated by tanjiro, the sparrow can talk, since he can understand the sparrow. The reason that we can't hear it is that for some reason zenitsu also can't understand the sparrow.
Inosuke also has a crow named Dongorimaru, but we have never seen him with Inosuke. The actual reason. behind this is that Dongorimaru is afraid of Inosuke. If you don't know, Enoske not only behaves like an animal, but also pretends to be a wild boar.

Inosuke's Father Was Abusive

Exploring Zenitsu's fighting abilities in Demon Slayer
But as the series continues, we watch him grow as he eventually overcomes his fear of demons and fights them head-on. Zenitsu has perfected the first form only and is seen performing it only when he's unconscious.
In contrast, Zenitsu was able to take out the Spider Demon, son, in a single move. He was also able to protect three train carts during the Mugen Train Arc, all while being unconscious. That's the thing about Zenitsu. He doesn't realize how strong he is because his anxiety holds him back.
Believing he was losing his master's favor, Kaigaku began to despise Zenitsu for being merely a weak and timid man who earned his master's favor out of dumb luck. Thus, he started to bully Zenitsu constantly.
During the “Infinity Castle Arc,” Zenitsu fights against Kaigaku, who is his former fellow apprentice. They both studied Thunder Breathing together. While Zenitsu could only master the first form, Kaigaku could use all techniques except for the first one.
Unfortunately, the answer to this question would be, no, he did not. Zenitsu, along with Tanjiro and Inosuke got way stronger than average corps members with training. In fact, he became one of the very few to even invent a new form of Thunder Breathing. However, his dream of becoming a Hashira was never realized.
Mount Natagumo Arc
Zenitsu recalls a moment during in his training when Kaigaku had admonished him for wasting the time of Jigoro, who he had respected, because of his constant whining and cowardice.
The reason for this is pretty simple. Zenitsu wasn't able to master the other 5 forms. He never wanted to learn any breathing techniques. or fighting techniques, nor he wanted to join the Demon Slayer Corps. He was forced, not in a bad way, to train because his master, Jigger Okuwajima, saw potential in him.
Inosuke's crow is named Dongurimaru, which is said to be a highly intelligent creature, unlike Inosuke, but Dongurimaru is hardly ever around to prove it. Amusingly, Inosuke tried to kill and eat Donguimaru several times, and the terrified avian now avoids Inosuke and is rarely seen.
Inosuke too got a crow named Dongurimaru, but the latter was never seen with his master in the series. The actual reason behind this is that the crow is afraid of Inosuke. Inosuke not only acts like an animal but also pretends to be a wild boar, as he was raised by boars in the mountains.
Shinobu Kocho is a capable Demon Slayer whose worthy of being the Insect Hashira. That being said, she's arguably the weakest Hashira when it comes to pure strength.

5 Thunder Breathing First Form
Despite this, Zenitsu has completely mastered the first form and even created more powerful variants of the technique, turning it into one of his most potent attacks. With the thunder-breathing style's first form alone, Zenitsu has managed to overpower and decapitate many demons.
History. Zenitsu was not raised by his parents so he did not have any proper guidance. When he was young, Zenitsu fell in love with a girl and decided to give her money to appeal to her, however the girl ended up running away with another guy leaving Zenitsu drowning in debt.
Through sheer will and anger, Zenitsu was able to overcome his cowardice and stay awake in battle against demons, shown during his bout with Kaigaku and Muzan, especially in the fight with the latter in which he refused to give up and persisted despite being enervated and injured.
Zenitsu's biggest weakness is his overwhelming fear and anxiety, often rendering him paralyzed and useless in battles. He is prone to panic attacks and tends to run away from danger, making him appear cowardly and weak.
Tanjuro Kamado a recurring flashback hero from Demon Slayer : Kimetsu No Yaiba. He was the husband of Kie Kamado, and the father of Tanjiro, Nezuko, Takeo, Hanako, Shigeru, and Rokuta. Tanjuro was a flame dancer who used to dance the Hinokami Kagura during the winter.
In her final moments, she apologized to Inosuke for failing to protect him and tosses him into the river as an attempt to save his life. She was ultimately killed and eaten by Doma, who claimed to have devoured her to the bone.
It was revealed in the Demon Slayer manga that the mask Inosuke wears was originally the head of the mother boar that raised him. It is possible that he collected the creature's remains after her death and wore her head in an attempt to fit in with the animals he grew up with.
