Krillin originally started out with traditional white irises, but once he reached adulthood the white was drawn away completely. Ironically this made him look closer to Charlie Brown, whose eyes are drawn in a similar style.
His eyes are white in the manga so making his eyes the same color as his skin was just a wierd color choice made by Toei.
Dragon Ball's Strongest Human is Yamcha, Not Krillin, & Super Proves It - IMDb. Yamcha - and not Krillin - deserves the title of Dragon Ball's strongest human. Due in large part to his death at the hands of a Saibamen, Yamcha is often ridiculed as one of the weakest heroes in the franchise.
The six dots on Kuririn's (Krillin) forehead are scars from Moxibustion burns. Kuririn was originally a monk from the Orin Temple. It was there that he shaved his head and was marked with burning incense. It was part of a ritual Kuririn underwent to join the order and to distinguish himself, before training.
Krillin doesn't have a Super Saiyan mode because he's only human. He has managed to learn one of the most powerful attacks in the series: the Destructo Disc. This sawblade forged of ki has the potential to slice any foe. Victims of the blade include Maijin Buu, Nappa's face, and Frieza's tail.
According to the manga-focused magazine V-Jump, Krillin's power level reached 75,000 after his fight with Recoome.
Krillin isn't naturally bald! Krillin's hairlessness may be one of his trademarks, but he's not actually bald. As a dedicated student of the martial arts, Krillin keeps his round head clean-shaven in order to "unfetter his Ki".
Toriyama once stated, seemingly humorously, that Krillin's lack of a nose is because he has a "physical idiosyncrasy" that allows him to breathe through the pores of his skin.
Krillin is an adult human male. The "adult" part of that can seem pretty unbelievable at times given he is the approximate height of a saibaman. There is no canonical explanation for him to be so short.
Throughout the Saiyan Saga, it was made clear during the Z-Warriors' preparation for Nappa and Vegeta's arrival that Tien was stronger than both Krillin and Chiaotzu.
1 Can't: Krillin
Although Krillin is strong, he doesn't have what it takes to tap into the power of Ultra Instinct. Being a skill that even the likes of Goku and Beerus have struggled to master, it goes without saying that attaining this power is nigh impossible for Krillin.
Yamcha's power level is 1480, while Krillin's is 1770.
Despite this, Krillin is stated to be the strongest human in Dragon Ball both in and out of universe. Yamcha calls him such at the beginning of DBZ's ''Majin Buu'' arc, a statement that goes unchallenged. Creator Akira Toriyama, meanwhile, confirmed that Krillin was the strongest Earthling fighter in a 2004 interview.
Krillin: 86, often doesn't understand simple stuff or acts dumb, but he's also not as dumb as goku by far as shown already in the original DB.

They are traditional markings of the monks in Orin Temple, he was there before he went to train under Roshi.

For the most part, Krillin retains the look he possessed during the Saiyan Saga, this includes his height and facial features. Due to the fact that he's now an android, he no longer ages at the same rate a normal human would.
Android 18 isn't exactly an android, she's specifically a cyborg. She was human once but Dr.Gero remodeled her and added cybernetics. Gero left her human enough to conceive a child. And so she did with Krillin. This is actually referenced in DBZ Abridged.
Trivia. In popular culture, the third eye is from becoming enlightened (like the Hindu God Shiva). In Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku II, it is stated that Tien's third eye was achieved through deep meditation when the player scans the friendly Tien NPC with the scouter.
Master Roshi became a sensei and a surrogate father to both Goku and Krillin. He trained several members of the Z-Fighters and remained a significant supporting member of the cast throughout the remainder of the series. Master Roshi was once the most powerful human being on the planet.
Considering that Namek-Saga Krillin was equal to Saiyan Saga Base Vegeta, making him a Saiyan would probably make him on the level of Ginyu Saga Vegeta at best with all the possible Zenkais and extra training. After that though, he isn't really seen training much, so he wouldn't go beyond that.
