You must write a letter of inquiry to Club 33 Member Services. There is no guarantee that memberships will be available each year, but if you're lucky enough you could be placed on the waiting list, which is said to have an average waiting period of more than ten years.

Can I take pictures in Club 33? Yes, you can take pictures, but with exceptions. No photos can be taken of other guests in the restaurant. Also, no photos are allowed in the bathrooms.
How much is lunch or dinner at Club 33? Expect to pay at least $100 per person for your meal, gratuity and alcohol not included.
We went with our two little ones, ages two and six, which is probably the best time to take little one to Club 33. Mickey and Pluto also dine at there for Sunday Brunch, so this special character interaction makes it a nice outing for the kids too.
The waiting lists for Club 33 are at an average of about four years or more. Potential Club 33 members need to send a letter to the below address requesting to be added to the club waiting list. Calling Club 33 to ask where you are on the list is frowned upon. Remember: this is a class act establishment!

Feedback analyzed from recently accepted members of Walt Disney World's Club 33 indicated the waitlist is currently around 3-5 years to join.
