The reason why Inosuke has feminine facial features could be due to the fact that his mother was extremely beautiful, and he inherited a massive portion of her genes. Fans never really saw his father and the only thing they know about him was that his father was abusive.
Inosuke is a young man of average height and pale complexion with an extremely toned and muscular build for his age, possessing large, defined muscles most notably over his stomach and arms.
It was revealed in the Demon Slayer manga that the mask Inosuke wears was originally the head of the mother boar that raised him. It is possible that he collected the creature's remains after her death and wore her head in an attempt to fit in with the animals he grew up with.
Inosuke's upbringing and experiences have significantly impacted his personality and behavior. Raised by wild boars, he was never exposed to human society, resulting in his lack of social skills and manners. He was initially hostile towards Tanjiro and his friends, as he viewed them as threats to his territory.
The boar mask is in memory of his adoptive boar mother. He took it off of her after she died and now constantly wears it on his head.
why tanjiro's head is so hard? Well, it's thanks to his genetics, as his mother, Ki Kamado, passed down the trait of a rock hard head to him. In fact, Nezuko heard a story about their mother. scaring away a boar by headbutting it, which shows that Ki was also very tough and fearless.
But the crowning moment of his achievements is when he epically slices off Daki's head and makes a run for it—after all, she won't die until her brother's head is also sliced. Unfortunately, Gyutaro spots Inosuke and stabs him right through where his heart should be with a sickle imbued with deadly poison.
Inosuke is impulsive, put off by large groups of people, and doesn't necessarily trust or relate to others as easily as his peers. He also forgoes societal expectations concerning behavior and appearance. All of these are things I deal with as a result of my ADHD and autism.
At the end of the chapter, there is a picture of Inosuke giving acorns to Aoi while she smiles. It is confirmed in the Volume 23 extras that Inosuke and Aoi did eventually end up together and that they have two great-grandsons, one of which is Aoba.
Inosuke's Father Was Abusive
Doma tells Inosuke that his mother was singing a lot, particularly a lullaby called “pinky promise.” It seemed as if mother and child were safe and happy at last; however, when Kotoha soon found out that Doma was a Demon and eating some of the worshippers, their happiness crashed.
Inosuke also has a crow named Dongorimaru, but we have never seen him with Inosuke. The actual reason. behind this is that Dongorimaru is afraid of Inosuke.
Many people brush off Inosuke as yet another tsundere, but that reasoning is only partially correct. As a child, he was abandoned by his mother and coincidentally, was adopted by boars.
Towards the final arcs of the manga, Tanjiro is mortally wounded and dies during a fight with the Demon King Muzan. Though Muzan is also seriously injured, he uses the last of his powers to turn Tanjiro into a demon.
Inosuke Hashibira is one of the strongest characters in Demon Slayer despite not being a Hashira, the highest rank in the Corps. With his Beast Breathing, he's one of the most unique fighters they have both on and off the battlefield.
Tanjiro and Kanao would eventually marry and start a family, having two great-grandchildren by the names of Kanata Kamado and Sumihiko Kamado between them.
Zenitsu crushing on Nezuko. Upon seeing her for the first time, Zenitsu falls in love with Nezuko at first sight. She apparently views Zenitsu as a "weird dandelion" and did not initially seem to reciprocate his feelings. Although the two are rarely seen interacting together, Zenitsu treats her with affection and care.

Zenitsu also protects Nezuko multiple times when she is in danger, evident during Zenitsu's first meeting with Inosuke Hashibira and the battle against Enmu in the train. Eventually Zenitsu and Nezuko would marry and start a family as evidenced by their descendants.
Nezuko developed Bipolar Disorder due to the mental and physical stress that was put in her body. Bipolar Disorder is a mood disorder characterized by manic or depressive symptoms, interspersed by periods of normal mood (McCormick et al., 2015).
Zenitsu's got anxiety with constant panic attacks, Inosuke's got a God/Superiority Complex, Tanjiro's constantly beating himself up with self-esteem/self-worth issues.
Growing up, Inosuke survived fighting vicious demons in the mountains. Although The Beast Breathing is a branched-out version of wind breathing, Inosuke self-taught this technique without anyone's supervision.
The Wind Hashira has one of the saddest backstories in Demon Slayer. His mother had turned into a demon and had killed five of his siblings. He was forced to kill his own mother in an attempt to save his only remaining brother, Genya.
In her final moments, she apologized to Inosuke for failing to protect him and tosses him into the river as an attempt to save his life. She was ultimately killed and eaten by Doma, who claimed to have devoured her to the bone.
