Sadly, it's not the case with his live-action counterpart. The Beast Boy of Titans looks like a normal guy with pale skin. True, he still sports green hair, but the rest of him has a regular pigment. The showrunners probably went in this direction for budget reasons.
In the comic books and animation, Beast Boy is usually shown to always be green. In the previous three seasons of Titans, Gar would only turn green when he was turning into an animal. Usually, he would turn into a green tiger. The next image shows concept art of the costume's hand tabs.

2 He Changed To Red
Garfield appeared for the first time in DC's New 52 reboot in the Ravagers series. Joining the team, fans were shocked to find Beast Boy was no longer colored green, but red. This change was meant to signify Animal Man's connection to The Red, an extra-dimensional source for Animal Man's powers.

Gar in his green tiger form Gar is able to manipulate his own DNA to form into anything, living or extinct, so long as it is comprised of DNA. It is hypothesized by Dr. Niles Caulder that this is done by unzipping his DNA and rearranging it, while the form of a tiger is psychological due to his love for them.
Is this the case, or no? Beast Boy / Changeling (Gar Logan) can most typically shapeshift into any beast, meaning any non-sentient creature in the animal kingdom. As such, no, he couldn't become a sentient force of any kind.
After fighting the guard, Beast found that he was too late to cure himself. As a result, Beast became permanently gray and monstrous.
Missing Eye: Beast Boy was shot in the face by Deathstroke and his right eye was severely damaged as a result.

In the Young Justice universe they explain that Beast Boys transformation powers stem from a blood transfusion he receive from Miss Martian, which had the side effect of initially turning his eyes green but later turning his body entirely green.
He wanted each of the Titans to have a specific color scheme, that's why he changed Beast Boy's costume from red-and-white to black-and-purple. By doing this the Doom Patrol's uniform was changed to black-and-purple in this series instead of red-and-white like in the silver and bronze age comics.

No matter what form he takes, his skin, hair, and eyes remain green, making most of his animal forms easy to distinguish from real animals of that species.
Titans only showed Beast Boy shapeshifting into two animals - into a tiger and a snake. However, this ability of his is much more complex in the comics. In the comic books, the Beast Boy can shapeshift into any animal he chooses.
However, he did transform into an amoeba and repeatedly replicated himself to combat a computer virus that infected Cyborg in the animated Teen Titans season 3 episode "Crash." It should be noted, however, that an amoeba is larger than a virus and organically far more complex.
Beast Boy is one of the few characters who is vegetarian in animated media. Or at least he was in 2003 when the first Teen Titans show premiered. During an argument about what pizza toppings to get, Beast Boy explains he doesn't eat meat because he's been most of the animals that would go on the plate.
His blood is red, the serum only changed his skin color & eyes. It's red because the serum and virus only changed his skin, the blood remains red because it is still iron-based and has to move oxygen around his body.
Hank is able for to create a prototype serum using Mystique's blood as its foundation, but instead of suppressing his mutation's cosmetic cells, it enhanced them, resulting in him looking like a blue, humanoid beast.
Hank isolates a "hormonal extract" allowing anyone to become a mutant for a short period of time, and uses the mutagenic serum on himself to disguise his appearance while foiling an attempt to steal his research. He waits too long to reverse the process, leaving him permanently transformed.
Powers and abilities
However, Dark Beast was not physically as powerful as his counterpart was in the normal Marvel continuity as he did not train on a regular basis, also being hampered by the fact that he is 20 years older than the main universe's Beast.
Beast Girl is a minor character and the female counterpart of Beast Boy. She made her debut in the episode "Beast Girl".
Beast Boy and Raven have a daughter name Arella Rita.
