Obito never intended to bring back Rin, he only wanted to live on with the sweet memories he had with her. That is the reason he went for Infinite Tsukiyomi where his own dream , a Rin created in his imagination would be reunited with him.
Witnessing the death of the one he loved so much turned Obito into a villain who is primarily responsible for the Fourth Great Ninja War. However, Rin's death was merely a trigger, after which Obito snapped and turned evil.
Obito didn't want to revive Madara. Originally Madara's plan was for Obito to make Nagato revive him back from the dead, But Nagato betrayed them and used Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique (Gedo Art of Rinne Rebirth) to revive everyone he killed in Konohagakure (The Hidden leaf Village).
The answer to this question is: Yes. Everything points to yes. After the incident that supposedly resulted in Obito's death, Rin opened up and made a desperate "love confession" to Kakashi, in which he bluntly brushed her off and revealed that it was Obito who had loved her all along.
Rin is revived by the Meidō Stone. The stone revived Rin once placed around her neck, and she awoke to Sesshōmaru hovering over her.
In 2006's Rin was 18 and gaved birth to Towa and Setsuna.
Kakashi Hatake
Rin developed a crush on Kakashi while they were in training together due to the fact that Kakashi was a genius, skipping ahead of his classmates.
It has been confirmed that Rin has feelings for Kakashi. Although it is never confirmed whether Kakashi loved her in return, her feelings would further the already great remorse and anguish Kakashi felt over her death.
He was aware of the fact Rin had the 3-Tails inside her and chose to die by Kakashi's hand. Hence, he never resented Kakashi himself but rather the world that created this situation and forced Rin to commit suicide.
How old was Kakashi and Obito when Rin died? I think Kakashi was a bit younger than Rin and Obito, being around 11ish and Obito and Rin were roughly 13.
Shisui's DNA Could Not Be Found
Considering Kabuto was able to acquire the DNA of Madara and several other shinobi that had passed away a long time ago, it makes no sense for Shisui's DNA to be unobtainable.
In Masashi Kishimoto's original story, Kabuto claims that he could get a big enough sample of Jiraiya's DNA to reanimate him, but Obito (still masked at this point) says not to push his luck. In the anime, Kabuto simply says that he can't reanimate Jiraiya because his body is at the bottom of the sea.
The Rinnegan allows the user to summon this deity through the Naraka Path, with complete control over its actions. To use the Rinne Rebirth Jutsu, the King of Hell is ordered to release the souls of the deceased, which then return to their bodies completely rejuvenated.
Itachi wasn't strong, he was super smart. Obito feared his smartness. He knew Itachi would destroy any plan of obito as long as he's alive. Obito was not afraid of dying, he was just afraid of his plan getting ruined.
Rin was a female Leaf Village ninja who served as the medical-nin assigned to Team Minato, and Obito happened to be madly in love with her. It was because of this love that he risked his life to save her when she was kidnapped by Stone Village ninja during their mission at Kannabi Bridge.
It was confirmed that Obito always had feelings for Rin. Rin and Obito were best friends, and spent their childhoods playing together. Rin would cheer Obito on when he struggled and wholeheartedly told him that she believed in his dream to become Hokage and wanted to be there to see him save the world.
For Obito, Kakashi was a victim just as Rin was. He didn't blame Kakashi for killing Rin, but rather for "letting her die" and not being able to keep his promise. He was aware of the fact Rin had the 3-Tails inside her and chose to die by Kakashi's hand. Obito knows Kakashi wouldn't just kill Rin.
Also Obito felt NO remorse aiding in killing Minato and his wife.
Obito had given one of his Sharingans to Kakashi when his left eye was impaired. Obito was confident that he was about to succumb to his injuries, so he decided to give his eye to Kakashi. In the future, during the events of the Fourth Great Ninja War in Naruto, Kakashi ended up losing his first Sharingan to Madara.
He's angry with Kakashi, sure, but he's more angry with the circumstances that led to Rin's death.
In episode 472, he had even thanked Naruto for opening his eyes and making him realise how much he wanted to be Hokage. The episode had ended with Obito reuniting with his childhood sweetheart, Rin in the afterlife.
All three of them are born in the same year, making them all the same age (12) and making their age order like this: Obito>>Kakashi>>Rin, making Obito 7 months older than Kakashi and 9 months older than Rin, while Kakashi being 2 months older than Rin.
A child living through the Third Great Ninja War, Obito (Kakashi's teammate on Team Minato) wanted to become the Hokage of Konohagakure, and had an unrequited love for his teammate Rin.
She often played the role of peacemaker during Obito and Kakashi's many spats while remaining objective. Rin was also an intellectual individual, witnessed by her ability to learn as well as use high-level medical ninjutsu at such a young age.
Kakashi has never really expressed interest in anyone other than maybe Hanare, as mentioned above. Kakashi doesn't really seem to get wrapped up in romantic feelings, and he doesn't flirt with any of the ninjas around him. Even as Kakashi has aged, his interest in pursuing others hasn't seemed to have changed any.
