The Duchess of York was good friends with the late star Sarah, Duchess of York not only attended the moving ceremony, but also spoke to the crowd about her late friend, who she called "Sissy". She said: "We need to stoke our flames within to celebrate extraordinary Lisa Marie.
Sarah added that she felt honoured to have been asked to speak at Lisa's funeral. "I was moved and honoured to be asked by her family to speak at the funeral," she said. "We viewed each other as sisters and called each other 'Sissy'. We really did love each other."
"And we became best friends. We became sisters," Ferguson said. She did not say what year she and Presley first met. "It was just one of those moments, rather similar to me and you, Alan, where you just get on," Ferguson said.

According to some, the sisters may have left their seats early in order to move to the doors of the abbey and curtsey to the queen's coffin. Some viewers accused Prince Harry, the younger son of King Charles III, for not joining the royals in singing 'God Save the King' during the funeral.

Katharine, Duchess of Kent did not attend the sombre occasion. The 89-year-old is married to Prince Edward, Duke of Kent, who is a first cousin of the late monarch. While Katherine did not attend the ceremony, her husband was present.
Among those paying their respects was Bill Murray, then an up and coming comedian on Saturday Night Live.
As the sole trustee, Keough will be the owner of Graceland. In exchange for Priscilla's resignation as a trustee, Keough will pay Priscilla a lump sum and reimbursement of legal fees up to $400,000. Priscilla will serve as a "Special Advisor to the Trust" and will be compensated monthly by Keough.

Insiders say Lisa-Marie's will has caused tension between Priscilla and Riley. As previously reported by New Idea, a secret amendment made in 2016 to the will overrode the previous 2010 living trust agreement and ousted Priscilla as a trustee, along with Lisa Marie's former manager Barry Siegel.
Lisa Marie became the the sole owner of the mansion when the trust holding her inheritance dissolved on her 25th birthday in 1993. Graceland has become a popular tourist attraction over the years, with public tours on offer as well as sprawling museum exhibits.
She died on Thursday at the age of 54 after a cardiac arrest. A representative of Graceland told People that the property will now be passed on to Lisa Marie's three daughters, Riley, Harper and Finley.

The New York Times reported on Thursday that Russia, Belarus, Myanmar, Venezuela, Syria and Afghanistan will not be receiving any invitation to the royal funeral. The step was taken considering the current political climate and the relationship that UK shares with these nations.
Russia and Belarus have embassies in London and their presidents sent King Charles III messages of condolences. Other countries not invited are Myanmar, Syria, Venezuela and the Taliban-ruled Afghanistan.
