The grail was corrupted and desired to be born. Thus it used Kirei's wish to manifest itself and answer his desires as well. Here the grail had already been active BEFORE
Emiya Kiritsugu rejected the Grail because he realized that it had been corrupted. This corruption subverted the original purpose of the Grail, that is, granting the wish of the victor of the war.
Angra Mainyu is supposed to represent 'all the evil in the world', and so the desire for such a being to exist is what ended up being manifested. This wish for the manifestation of 'all the evil in the world' not only created a servant but also became engraved into the Grail. Thus, the Holy Grail became corrupted.
However, both Zouken Matou and Shirou Emiya note these agendas are apparently impossible as there was never a victor for the past four Heaven's Feels and the Grail became corrupted by Angra Mainyu after the Third War.
After Berserker's defeat, she is determined to win the Holy Grail so she can save her people and Lancelot. Saber found the Holy Grail but she also meets Gilgamesh who was waiting for her.
Fate route
She later works with Shirou to save the world she was summoned into. Saber and Shirou develop romantic feelings for one another but decide to end their relationship once the Holy Grail War is finished.
Overview. Saber Alter makes several appearances in both the Fate series and Carnival Phantasm; in the Heaven's Feel route, Saber becomes corrupted by the darkness of Angra Mainyu and becomes Dark Sakura's servant, Saber Alter.
1 Gilgamesh
He is considered the strongest Heroic Spirit, and the main source of his power is his Noble Phantasm, Gate of Babylon. It allows him to access all of the treasures he has gathered from across the world, including mythical weapons that eventually get used by other Heroes.
1 Gilgamesh (Archer)
You mongrel, of course, Gilgamesh is the most powerful character in Fate/Zero! The King of Heroes was the ruler of ancient Mesopotamia, 2/3 God and 1/3 human. During the war, he rarely goes all out, believing that fighting seriously is beneath him.
Artoria is commonly referred to as the strongest Servant in the Fate canon, as she has defeated several opponents in each route. Her swordsmanship and unbridled dedication to her task make her one of the best Heroic Spirits in the franchise.
Remarkably, the Holy Grail was recorded as located in Troyes in 1610. Unfortunately, the holy Christian relic disappeared sometime during the French Revolution, circa 1789-99.
After assuring himself that the false Grail was in fact the cup of the King of Kings, Donovan filled it with water and took a drink, expecting eternal life. But to his horror, he instead began to age instantly; even his clothing began to disintegrate.
The Holy Grail is revealed in the story to be the blood of Jesus Christ that contains his power, only accessible to those descended from him, with the vessel of the Grail being defined as his body itself which the Templars uncovered in the Holy Lands.
He do it all the time, which exposed his body internally to a great amount of mana. This mana destroyed his hair pigmentation, making them white, and burn his cells, tanning him. Du to this, his alter version is even more darker, because he used it even more usually.
Enter, Kiritsugu Emiya
Kiritsugu fought hard to defeat the other masters and his arch-rival Kirei Kotomine, but when he finally won the Grail, it wasn't at all like he imagined. His altruistic wish of ending all conflict on earth proved impossible, at least how he imagined it.
He's weak in the sense that if he were to fight straight on against most* servants he would lose. However, he is a very flexible servant, and that allows him to choose his ground to an extent, which can give him the advantage.
In the Normal ending, Shirou sacrifices himself to destroy the Greater Grail. In the True ending, Illya sacrifices herself to close the Greater Grail and save Shirou from dying to his arm's effects. He then lives peacefully with Sakura.
Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works
Gilgamesh attempts to use Shinji as the core of the Holy Grail, but he is killed by Archer after being cornered by Shirou.
1 Saber Is Synonymous With The Franchise (29,185)
Without a doubt, Saber is the most favorite character from the series as well as the games. In fact, her name and face have become synonymous with the franchise.
Amongst all the servants who exist in Fate Stay/Night, Medea is probably the weakest of them all. This is mainly because she is the only one servant who lacks any form of deadly offensive skill.
Tokiomi is the father of Rin and Sakura, an arrogant and manipulative mage who was Gilgamesh's master during the Fourth Holy Grail War.
The advantage provided to Archer by his noble phantasm is the ability to completely overwhelm Gilgamesh and his Gate of Babylon, effectively rendering it useless. Thus, Gilgamesh probably wouldn't even have the time to use Ea. Archer would cut him down before he even got the chance.
The answer is Saber Alter because she's literally Artoria with an improved magic reactor, which is Artoria's main strength. We have already talked about this. -Saber has the superior survivability, speed and Luck.
Hajime is the daughter of Shirou Emiya and Rin Tohsaka, showing promise in Magecraft and somewhat of a prodigy.
Regardless, it is made clear in both Fate and UBW routes that she is a virgin. Furthermore, there was no sexual contact with another man.
