Yoriichi lived till old age, likely due to him having been born with the mark and thereby avoiding the curse altogether. Gyomei on the other hand did not activate his Mark until he was already older than 25. It was speculated that when he awoke his Mark during battle that he would likely die within hours.
that his body might have adapted to the Mark pattern. and some resistance to its side effects. this is how Yorichi lived 80 years despite being marked, as his body got used to it since his birth.
in the heat of the battle and cuz they get it later in their life, their body can't really get used to the change and therefore they die young. So in Yoriichi's case, he was born marked and his body would used to such conditions (making his regular body temperature something like a fever.
Yoriichi lived until around 85 years, so: 1432 + 85 = 1517, exactly 400 years prior to when Kokushibo remembered and died.
Yoriichi died at 85, so ~380-347 years before Final Arc.
But if we are talking about the human form, then it's a big fat NO, because Tanjiro has just mastered the Sun Breathing whereas Yoriichi is the inventor of it, also he's way more powerful and holds an unfathomable battle intellect, larger than any Demon Slayer in history, so in conclusion, no one is remotely close to ...
Kokushibo was a human during the Sengoku era, and was the older brother of Yoriichi Tsugikuni. As a human, he was a powerful swordsman and respected member of the Demon Slayers corps.
However, Tanjiro is not a descendant of Yoriichi Tsukiguni. Tanjiro is the descendant of someone who knew Yoriichi personally and was a good friend of his as well. Sumiyoshi was rescued by Yoriichi when a demon threatened his life.
Yoriichi Tsugikuni was a legendary Demon Slayer who lived almost 500 years ago during the Sengoku Era (the Golden Age of Demon Slayers). He was born into the Tsugikuni clan in the middle of the Sengoku period, and is known to be the strongest Demon Slayer ever.
Tanjiro's connection to Yoriichi is not through blood relation, but through their similar appearances, which is due to the divine nature of Sun Breathing. (Also Read: Did Demon Slayer hire a Bollywood director for Season 3? Fans speculate!)
Unfortunately, manifesting his Mark in the battle against Akaza also doomed Giyu to die by his 25th birthday, taking the air out of the sils of his survival.
When Yoriichi moved forward to kill him, Muzan used the remains of whatever power he had left and divided his body in a powerful burst. Though Yoriichi was able to destroy nearly all the fragments, the pieces he missed escaped and allowed Muzan to regenerate again.
Rimuru Tempest becomes a God towards the end of the series and can travel back in time and travel between worlds. His space-time abilities alone would be enough to beat Yoriichi.
2 Yoriichi Can Use The Thirteenth Form
Typically, a demon slayer only has twelve forms based on their Breathing Style. The thirteenth is a rarity because it's a challenge to master. However, it combines all the previous twelve forms into one long succession.
Physical strength, stamina, and endurance
Combined with his expert swordsmanship and breathing technique, an 85-year-old Yoriichi was able to effortlessly slice the neck off of Muzan Kibutsuji.
Yoriichi was the very first user of the Breathing Styles and he came up with Sun Breathing, a powerful breathing form that is known to be the most effective against demons. It's through Sun Breathing that all the other Breathing Forms have been derived.
As the battle reached its climax, Tanjiro was able to knock the doll's head off and discovered that the mechanical body contained a mysterious sword. Fans of the manga will recognize this sword as the one carried by Yoriichi Tsugikuni himself.
What is the Yoriichi Type Zero mechanical doll and who built it? During episode three we learned that the Yoriichi Type Zero was built by Kontetsu's ancestors more than 300 years ago, during the Sengoku era.
Muzan Kibutsuji (鬼舞辻無慘, Kibutsuji Muzan) is the main antagonist of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba fantasy action manga and anime series.
Tanjiro's ancestor was a good friend of Yoriichi and arguably was one of his only true friends. Therefore Yoriichi gave the earrings as a gift, and since then they have been passed down the generations until they reached Tanjiro.
Yoriichi and Kokushibo were twin brothers born many centuries ago when the war between Muzan and the Demon Slayer Corps was just beginning. Both men had a profound sibling relationship and cared deeply for each other, going on to become powerful Demon Slayers in the process.
Many Kimetsu no Yaiba fans deduce that Yoriichi is Tanjiro's father, but that isn't the case. However, Yoriichi is responsible for teaching Tanjiro's ancestors the Hinokami Kagura, which has been passed down for generations.
Kokushibo's stoic and silent disposition. Kokushibo was reserved, silent, and aloof, maintaining an aura of unnerving tranquillity and mystery that compliments his position as Upper Rank One. He rarely speaks; when he does, he talks in a slow and emphatic sense that gives more gravitas and authority to his words.
However, despite this immense jealousy, spite, and the outright hatred he harbors for Yoriichi, he still deeply cares for his brother, as seen when he was touched by Yoriichi treasuring the handmade flute he had made for him as children; Kokushibo sheds tears over his brother's death, and even goes as far as keeping ...
