One way or another, Goku is likely to be the one to defeat Black Frieza. Goku and Frieza have a long history with Frieza more focused on killing Goku than anyone else. Goku's mastery of Ultra Instinct could lead to an even more angelic form that could bring him in line with Black Frieza.
Black Frieza is more powerful than the Saiyans- Goku, and Vegeta.
Considering Frieza Black practically speedblitzed Mui Goku and U.E Vegeta at the same time there really isn't a debate. If it was Golden Frieza vs Goku Black that would be a fairer battle, but Frieza wins with little to no trouble.
Based on what he said, he had been training in a chamber where time flowed differently. Thus, it allowed him to "squeeze in 10 years' worth of training". His new form has now surpassed the two Saiyans' godly powers by quite a margin.
Conclusion. In my opinion, if these two powerhouses go head to head, Beerus would come out as the winner. He has a reputation to hold, and we believe he is gonna stand firm. Although, Black Frieza wouldn't be easy to beat we still expect Beerus to manage it.
Black Frieza
This upgrade allows him to eviscerate the Heeter Force's Gas, but he also knocks out Ultra Ego Vegeta and Ultra Instinct Goku in a single blow. Jiren can't contend with either Perfected Ultra Instinct or Ultra Ego, so there's no way he'd stand a chance against Black Frieza.
3 Whis - Beerus' Steward/Teacher
Whis trained Beerus himself and is much stronger than him too. It's clear that Whis could easily beat Frieza in a fight if required. There would be no contest between the two if they do decide to battle.
Goku's ongoing journey with Ultra Instinct remains fascinating and he's acquired Angel-like abilities that were previously unimaginable. Nevertheless, this can't compete with Black Frieza's ten years of training, as he swiftly knocks out Ultra Instinct Goku.
With the snap of a finger, Zeno is capable of erasing entire universes from existence, so regardless of Goku's Saiyan abilities, his mortal constraints will almost certainly prevent him from overpowering Zeno.
Black Frieza is leagues above Broly now he one shot Gas and Goku and vegeta in True Ui and Ultra ego. Broly couldn't even beat ssjb Gogeta who is weaker then MUI Goku and Black Frieza beat Goku in True Ui which is much stronger then MUI Goku.
Dragon Ball Super's co-author, Toyotarou, explains the design of Frieza's new, terrifying form: Black Frieza.
Black Frieza is the newest and most powerful Frieza transformation, first appearing in the 87th chapter of the Dragon Ball Super manga.
But unlike the Golden Frieza form, which seemed close to Super Saiyan Blue in terms of strength, Black Frieza is way stronger, even when compared to the current strongest forms of True Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego, honed by Goku and Vegeta respectively.
Obtaining this form exponentially increased his power, even while in base form. Within seconds, Frieza dispatched Gas, Elec, Goku and Vegeta, and that too without revealing his true power. From what we were able to see about this new Frieza, there is no realistic way Superman can beat him.
While Dragon Ball's Goku has unlocked god-like powers of his own, he still doesn't stand a chance against Lord Beerus, the God of Destruction if the two were to ever fight again. There is, however, one classic Dragon Ball hero who actually could fend off Beerus with one ingenious attack.
Goku may never pass Zeno and 4 other Dragon Ball characters
While his fight with Moro showed he can beat another Ultra Instinct user, Whis' Angelic heritage and proficiency is unfathomable. Moro's use of the skill was also inferior to that of a true Angel's, due to his stealing the form from Merus.
Unlike Ultra Instinct, Ultra Ego can be tapped into easily by the user once they awaken it completely. As seen during the Tournament of Power, Goku struggled to do that with his ability, and it wasn't until much later in the manga that he finally mastered it.
Frieza explains he was able to achieve the Black Frieza state when he discovered a Hyperbolic Time Chamber on a planet he conquered and trained within it for 10 years' worth of time, adding that it took plenty of toil to do so. The form's power greatly exceeds that of the Golden Frieza form.
No. It has been stated in various sources that Goku and Frieza were equal on Namek, but the power output of 100% drained Frieza rapidly, which lead to his defeat. 100% Power Frieza and Super Saiyan Goku were described as being equal in speed and strength during their final battle on Namek.
Even though he's immortal, he's not invincible, he can be damaged - meaning Frieza could very well just wear down Zamasu's stamina and torture him for a while, before leaving him brutally beaten or something.
Freeza himself though? No, even if he won on earth, he'd never surpass Beerus. His great potential is one thing, but it has a cap. Freeza couldn't even be bothered to actually master his golden form, so if he did that, you can bet he wouldn't be able to figure out how to surpass the next wall.
A one-on-one battle might see Gohan Beast get overwhelmed by Black Frieza, but there's no need to handle things in this manner. Gohan's selfless ways have made him endless friends who, as a team, could take out Black Frieza.
One of the strongest Asgardians ever, Thor not only possesses God-like energy, but he is also very tough to kill, making him a superhero Frieza cannot beat.
