Demon Slayer: The Strongest Sword in the series is coming In the original manga, Tanjiro acquires his new Nichirin blade after defeating the life-sized battle doll known as Yoriichi Type Zero. The sword is revealed to have been concealed within the body of the doll.
As the battle reached its climax, Tanjiro was able to knock the doll's head off and discovered that the mechanical body contained a mysterious sword. Fans of the manga will recognize this sword as the one carried by Yoriichi Tsugikuni himself.

Since the mechanical doll was based off Yoriichi Tsugikuni, it had to be given six arms to recreate his swordsmanship style, the doll was also able to execute 108 various moves and is said to be stronger than an average human.
As a Demon Slayer, Yoriichi Tsugikuni carried a fairly standard Nichirin katana - deep black in color, that changed bright red during combat. This is the sword that appeared out of the neck of the doll at the end of Demon Slayer season three's second episode.

The World's Oldest Swords
The oldest swords ever discovered are the Arslantepe swords. Found in modern-day eastern Turkey and dating to around 3300 BC, these first swords predate the production of bronze and are made of an arsenic copper alloy.
