As an INFP I can assure you that we like hugs. Except when we are having our alone time. If we hanging out with someone close and they hug us it feels great. Caution if you just met an INFP and you are trying to hug them, they may feel uncomfortable.
Physical Closeness
For Mediators, touch is intimate. Every hug that they give is heartfelt. As partners, they are most likely hand-holders and snugglers, using physical closeness as a love language.
They Keep Little Mementos of Your Time Together. INFPs love to collect physical reminders of the people, places, and experiences that matter to them. INFPs might keep a receipt from a store, tickets from your first date, or preserved leaves from your favorite hike together in their journal.
ESFJs and ENFJs are the most loving personality types. They are outgoing, compassionate, and emotional people who love to express their feelings. They often show their love through physical affection, words of affirmation, and acts of service.
Statistically speaking, Assertive Virtuosos (ISTP-As), Architects (INTJ-As), and Logisticians (ISTJ-As) are the least likely to seek affection from everyone, while Turbulent Campaigners (ENFP-Ts) and Entertainers (ESFP-Ts) are the most likely.
Expressive, nurturing, and supportive, ENFJs love hard because it's the only way they know how. If there's one word that accurately captures an ESFJ's relationship strength, it's dedication.
As the most loving personality type, ESFJs are incredibly romantic and go out of their way to make you feel special. Not to mention, they're always up for a good time, which makes them a pleasure to be around. However, they are also practical and grounded, which makes them dependable and trustworthy.
The ESTP. Probably one of the most flirtatious personality types, ESTPs are not afraid to show their interest in someone with direct and often bold moves. They're excellent at reading body language and they know how to send out the right signals that will make them stand out from the crowd.
ISTP: Physical Touch
Although they might feel uncomfortable offering you emotional support, they will happily guide you toward a practical solution. Because ISTPs fully engage all five senses to interact with the world, learn to speak their language of physical expression.
So, which personality types are best in bed? ESFPs and ESTPs are typically seen as the most passionate and pleasurable partners. They both appreciate the physical connection and can read subtle cues that help them please their partner. Plus, their energetic and playful nature makes them fun and exciting lovers.
INFPs ranked as having low dominance according to the CPI™ tool. These individuals are very independent in nature, and value autonomy and personal freedom. They dislike imposing their will on others and believe that everyone has a right to their own individual ethics and beliefs.
As Intuitive Feelers, they're fascinated by human nature and wish to understand you at a deep, emotional level. So, if an INFP really likes you, they'll go out of their way to talk to you and engage in a meaningful conversation. It's their way of telling you that they care and want to know you better.
INFPs are most compatible with the other Intuitive-Feeling types—ENFJ, ENFP, and INFJ—as well as ESFJs.
INFP. INFPs can be quite shy when it comes to flirting and they often come across as aloof, especially with people they've only just met. Expect some blushing and stumbling over words. Once they get to know you better, their playful side will come out, and they'll seem much flirtier.
They like to cyber stalk their love interests, but can be somewhat shy with them in person until communication has opened up a bit. You'll find that INFPs make this open communication flow happen rather quickly.
Sexually, the INFP is likely to be initially slow to open up to their partners. Once their trust has been earned, the INFP will view sexual intimacy as an opportunity for expressing their deep-seated love and affection. More than the actual sexual act, they will value giving and receiving love and sweet words.
ENTJs are usually driven by physical touch more than anything else. It can take a while for an ENTJ to warm up to someone, but once they do, they appreciate physical affection. Whether it's hugs, holding hands, or sex, ENTJs need those moments of physical connection in order to feel understood and loved.
The framework of love languages was popularized by Gary Chapman in his 1992 book, The Five Love Languages. One of the five is known as “physical touch,” and for those with this love language, love is generally best received in the form of physical affection, such as holding hands, hugging, and receiving massages.
ENTPs and ENFJs are the most charming. They are both outgoing and expressive, and they have a way of making people feel special. ENTPs are also very quick-witted and they always have something interesting to say. ENFJs are great at reading people and they know how to make others feel comfortable.
ESFJs also tend to put others first and prioritize others' needs above their own. They "are kind and warm," Gonzalez-Berrios explains. "Sometimes, they will leave aside their comforts and put forth their support to those who need it dearly."
ISFJ would probably be the most common submissive type, especially considering that it is the most common type in general. In my experience, INFJ is probably the 2nd most common. Then ESFJ, and lastly, ENFJ. These traits are especially pronounced depending on the way the person grew up.
ESTPs and ENTJs are the most obviously sexy types. They are both confident, outgoing, and assertive. ESTPs are known for being spontaneous and impulsive, while ENTJs are known for being decisive and ambitious. Both types are sure of themselves and know what they want.
ISTP strengths
ISTPs tend to enjoy learning and perfecting a craft through their patient application of skills. They can remain calm while managing a crisis, quickly deciding what needs to be done to solve the problem.
