In terms of passive abilities, Ana hasn't much to offer. She comes with her Passive Role ability Support, a trait that makes her automatically heal herself over time. This ability triggers after some seconds without taking damage.
Ana is a support hero in Overwatch 2, who provides healing using her long-ranged rifle. The rifle provides a large chunk of healing to teammates when hit and deals damage to enemies hit. Ana is also equipped with a Sleep Dart that puts enemies to sleep for a few seconds, although they will wake up when damaged.
Biotic Rifle: Ana's primary weapon. It carries fifteen rounds in a single clip and is able to affect both teams, healing allies for 75 HP and dealing 75 damage to enemies. It comes equipped with a scope which makes Ana's shots hitscan at the sacrifice of field of view and movement speed.

Holding her secondary fires allows you to zoom in using the Biotic Rifle's scope. Fires a dart that puts an enemy to sleep. Throws a grenade that heals and increases healing on allies, while damaging and preventing healing on enemies.
Ana takes much more skill and awareness than mercy because she has to aim her healing and does not have the ability to make getaways like mercy does. That said, she can deal good damage to enemies and heal many teammates at once with her bionade.
Moira is a great choice for players looking to dabble in the Support role; her abilities are easy to use while being quite beneficial to the team. Her Biotic Grasp easily heals and damages enemies by using primary or alternate fire.
Lifeweaver can also provide some solid support for Ana, who brings the bulk of the healing. He can boost her and grant her healing as well as added mobility, giving her easier access to high ground with Petal Platform.
One cannot be said to have lupus if the antibodies are abnormal but the person is well. The new criteria require that the test for antinuclear antibody (ANA) must be positive, at least once, but not necessarily at the time of the diagnosis decision because an ANA can become negative with treatment or remission.
Gilkeson Career Development Awardee Emily Littlejohn, DO, MPH, indicates a high degree of variability in anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) lab test results within the same individual over time, whether or not the person has lupus. For those with lupus, ANA test results also increasingly vary over time.
Signs of stress-related ANA reactivity were seen among connective tissue disease (CTD) patients (including patients with systemic lupus erythematosus; mixed CTD; calcinosis, Reynaud's phenomenon, esophageal motility disorders, sclerodactyly, and telangiectasia; scleroderma; and Sjögren's syndrome): 11% showed stress- ...
Another interesting method of damage mitigation is damage reduction. Abilities that reduce the amount of damage you take, such as Roadhog's 'Take a Breather' or Doomfist's 'Power Block' will also contribute to your damage mitigated. Ana's 'Nano Boost' will also mitigate damage this way.
Ana is a support hero in Overwatch 2 and one of her signature abilities launches a dart that puts any struck enemy to sleep for up to five seconds, but any damage taken will immediately awaken the sleeping enemy.
The Overwatch comic "Legacy" explains that Ana had the opportunity to take out Widowmaker during a mission, but hesitated when she recognized the person she was aiming at. This mistake cost her dearly, as Widowmaker then shot Ana in her eye and left her mortally wounded.

Positive results can also be related to a viral infection, medications, certain cancers, and other health conditions. If test results are positive, a doctor may order follow-up testing, especially if you have persistent symptoms of an autoimmune disorder. Results of ANA testing may include a titer.
Having antinuclear antibodies in your blood doesn't always mean you have a disease. Some healthy people have antinuclear antibodies in their blood, and levels tend to increase with age. As many as one-third of healthy adults over the age of 65 may have a positive ANA test result.
One positive ANA test result is not a sure sign of autoimmune disease, so you may not need any immediate treatment. Lab levels vary. Some autoantibodies are normal, so your positive result may not indicate any problem.
This may include a change from no detectable pattern (AC-0) to any AC pattern and vice-versa. Many factors such as disease progression or overlap syndrome, new interventions (drugs, biologicals), new exposures (infectious disease, cancer, etc.) can also affect such changes.
The presence of antinuclear antibodies is a positive test result. But having a positive result doesn't mean you have a disease. Many people with no disease have positive ANA tests — particularly women older than 65.
When I have a patient with a positive ANA, it means I will need to order more blood tests and take a detailed history of their symptoms as well perform a detailed physical exam. Remember, a positive ANA does not equal an autoimmune disease.
Widowmaker is a perfect counter for Ana as she can quickly take her head while focusing on healing her allies by shooting biotic bullets at them. The former can use her gun as an automatic weapon as well, which can burst down the latter in mere seconds.
