Firstly, a user will only see Ghost Trails on the Snap Map for friends that have enabled location access for that user. The feature will not be available for friends who have not enabled location sharing.
Snapchat has removed the Ghost Trails feature from the app.
This feature allows you to temporarily or indefinitely share your live location with close friends or family members. It is shared with them even in Ghost Mode, however, you can also choose to stop sharing at any time.
Ghost Trails is no longer available as we roll out live location sharing to Snapchatters everywhere.
To learn how to view ghost trails on Snapchat you need to have access to the ghost trail feature on the Snapchat map you have to open Snapchat >Go to Snapchat map > find your friend and Tap on his/her bitmoji. Next, you'll see their entire location history from the last 24 hours with a yellow trail on Snapchat map.
The removal of Ghost Trails comes shortly after Snapchat removed the popular Snap Games and Minis from the app. Per Snapchat's official support page, Ghost Trails has been discontinued, with users directed to use Live Location instead.
Nope, unlike Facebook and Instagram that will show you users that checked out your profile as “people you may know”, Snapchat doesn't do any of that. That's mostly because there's not much to view on Snapchat profiles. How can I find out who someone is on Snapchat? Open your Snapchat app and click on your avatar.

Snapchat does not notify people if someone checks their location on the Snap Map. While that is good for privacy, it could potentially make it easy for people to stalk users. Thankfully, Snapchat offers multiple location settings to ensure users can maintain their privacy while using the app.
In Ghost Mode, people won't be able to see you on Snap Maps, which is the world-wide map within the Snapchat app. Your location will also no longer be updated. However, people can still request to see your location, but you'll have to accept this request first for your location to be sent.
Snapchat+ subscribers get an exclusive badge that reveals that they are paying users. You have to look for that. Just head over to the profile of the Snapchat user. If that user is a Snapchat+ subscriber, they will have an elusive star icon next to their Snapchat name.
Tapping on the badge will show you which planet you are in their Solar System, with each planet representing a different position in their Best Friends list.
With the “+ 1 more” category, there is no connection, mutual or otherwise, between the two of you. You are not on their friend list, and they are not on yours. Therefore, the term “+ 1 more” usually shows up if your profile is public.
Once Ghost Mode is activated you should still see your bitmoji on the map but not in full. As you can see your bitmoji will be hiding its face to signal that it is on Ghost Mode and a little ghost icon will appear on the settings icon to tell you so also.
Note: “Half-swiping” is not an official feature, meaning that Snap could remove it in a future update for Snapchat. At the time of writing, it still works on the Apple iPhone and iPad, including all Snapchat-compatible Android phones. To use Snapchat's half-swipe feature, you must: Open Snapchat and tap the Chat icon.
But keep in mind that just because she turned off her location, doesn't mean you're the only one she denied her location to. Maybe she just wants to be alone from everyone and want some general privacy.
When you're in Ghost Mode, your Bitmoji will hold up a blue sign with a 👻 icon.
