In Shippuden, Kakashi and his team managed to beat Itachi. Unfortunately, it was actually a clone that possessed just 30% of Itachi's chakra. It is true that Kakashi used a Susanoo in the battle with Kaguya, but it would not stand a chance against Itachi's.
Kakashi does battle Itachi early in the series. Itachi ends up trapping him in a genjutsu and draining Kakashi. The contest basically ends up in a loss for Kakashi, but that is somewhat debatable. Still, Itachi shows more control over his Sharingan and the ability to match Kakashi.
Sasuke is yet another strong character in the Naruto series who eventually surpassed Kakashi. Sasuke was so strong that he was able to perform jutsus like Indra's Arrow which has similar, if not the same destructive capabilities compared to Naruto's Six Paths: Ultra Big Ball Rasenshuriken.
Regardless of how strong he was, Kakashi, with his two Mangekyo Sharingan, is more than capable of defeating Hashirama Senju. After seeing a display of Obito's power, Hashirama openly declared him to be stronger. Obito passed on the same power to Kakashi Hatake later on.
Yes he can. While he was inferior to Pain when he attacked the village, Kakashi did grow exponentially stronger a short while after that. In the war, he showed better feats than KCM1 Naruto who considers himself much stronger than his Sage mode version.
As has already been established, the weakest Hokage of Konohagakure is between Kakashi Hatake and Tsunade Senju. In fact, both Kakashi and Tsunade are quite close to each other in terms of strength in Naruto. However, their fighting style differs a lot from each other.
In spite of her great power and massive chakra resources, Sakura won't stand a chance against Kakashi, thanks to his near-invincibility and godly speed attributed to him by Kamui. To defeat him, Sakura would simply have to train further.
Jiraiya is far more experienced than kakashi and he also has powerful jutsus. Jiraiya was the fourth hokage, Namikaze Minato's sensei who was also kakashi's sensei so it's safe to say jiraiya can beat kakashi.
He can use ninjustu but it isn't effective(he had used summoning justu before) but Guy is the strongest Taijustu user in Narutoverse. Kakashi not being an uchiha has a sharingan. Kakashi was genius ninja even before getting sharingan. This gives Kakashi an unfair advantage.
However, Kakashi was shown to be a ninja prodigy even before he gained the Sharingan, meaning the statement of Kakashi being weaker without the Sharingan is an unjust assumption. Analyzing his current skills and achievements reveals how strong he truly is, even without the visual jutsu.
Another one of the strongest characters in the world of Naruto, Guy was once the eternal rival of Kakashi Hatake. The two have engaged each other in countless duels, most of which have been won by Kakashi Hatake.
Although speed isn't Kakashi's forte generally, after receiving the Six Paths chakra from Obito Uchiha and getting access to his Mangekyo Sharingan, he was easily among the very fastest in the story.
3) Kakashi
But his moves like Chidori, Raikiri, Kamui, or the ability to copy his opponents wouldn't work on Saitama at all. In fact, the shinobi's low chakra reserve is a major weakness for him.
Itachi was able to fight against Naruto Uzumaki in his Nine-Tails Chakra Mode, something that Pain could never do. He was also able to incapacitate Nagato Uzumaki, and it is quite easy to see that he could definitely have taken on and defeated Pain in combat.
Even with the Sharingan, Kakashi was trapped within Itachi's Tsukuyomi. Thanks to this powerful Genjutsu, Kakashi endured what felt like three full days of torture in a matter of seconds. He nearly died from this experience. In Shippuden, Kakashi and his team managed to beat Itachi.
Namely, Masahi Kishimoto has confirmed that Jiraiya is indeed stronger and all of that Itachi himself, who – on two separate occasions – admitted that Jiraiya was too strong, even from him, and that he would not be able to defeat him in a one-on-one fight.
With the dual Mangekyo Sharingan, Kakashi would be able to overwhelm even Pain. Between the space-time ninjutsu that allows, the full Susano'o at Kakashi's disposal, and the Copy Ninja's notorious intellect and strategy ability, Kakashi would likely be able to conquer Pain with relative ease.
With the power of Kamui and strength great enough to harm even Kaguya Otsutsuki, Kakashi became nearly unmatched. Although Guy was pretty powerful in his Eighth Gate, Kakashi's intangibility due to Kamui meant that there was absolutely nothing he could do to defeat him.
Furthermore, Sasuke was able to obtain the Rinnegan Eye and the Eternal Mangekyo, giving him another edge against Kakashi. While Kakashi is a brilliant tactician and generally a powerful warrior, he just wouldn't be able to measure up to Sasuke Uchiha as he is now.
Minato has the Kurama form but still he can't beat Kakashi with the Susanoo and kamui. Minato wins because due to Kakashi average chakra reserves he can't hokd out PS for too long. So he'll run out too quickly.
Thanks to his Sharingan, Kakashi was once renowned as the Copy Ninja and feared as someone extremely difficult to beat. In the Boruto era, Kakashi is certainly weaker than he was in Naruto since he lost his Sharingan, and in the process, a big chunk of his powers.
Naruto would win as he would outlast Kakashi. Naruto already knows Obito's and Kakashi's abilities. His skill set allows him to stall Kakashi and vise-versa due to Intangability.
Hinata can hold her own against Tsunade, but the latter's battle experience and Ninjutsu prowess far outweigh those of any other Kunoichi in Naruto. Tsunade can defeat Hinata even without using Mitotic Regeneration.
Sakura becomes quite strong towards the end of Shippuden. However, despite her growth as a character, Pain is leagues above her as a shinobi. She, too, can use the Hundred Healings technique, but the Six Paths of Pain can cause her a ton of trouble.
It's hard to say who would win in a fight. Im guessing it could be a very hard win for kakashi without a sharingan, but tsunade lands just one punch on him id say hes done.
