I was able to get two networks setup using two routers by using the LAN port on the back of one. This setup works fine however you can ping the other devices so it's not totally secure.
Go into your Starlink app and select the the settings tab on the bottom, in here you will see Split 2.4/5Ghz Networks. Toggle the switch to the right and you will see a little bit of blue just left of the toggle, you have enabled the split. This will create 2 networks.
