It's entirely possible. The only questionable opponents would be Thor and Hulk, everyone else is doable. He won't be able to beat thor or hulk.
Could Kratos kill the Marvel or DC Universe? Short answer, definitely not but he could get through a large portion. Kratos is a SERIOUS powerhouse. In terms of power put on display, I would say he is planetary in his capabilities.
If both are given nothing, and just a fist fight, it's likely Thanos. Kratos is strong, but his weapons and his skill with them is a massive part of his combat power. With base weapons, Kratos, as Thanos just really uses things to advance his natural abilities.
Despite having every opportunity to take Thor out once and for all, the once rage-consumed Ghost of Sparta has turned a new leaf. He instead spares Thor and seeks a mutually beneficial relationship in which, together, they take down Odin. Sony Kratos ultimately gets the best of Thor at the very end of Ragnarok.
Superhuman Strength: Kratos is able to lift at least 50 tons. Superhuman Stamina.
Prior to the release of God of War Ragnarök, many fans found themselves thrilled at the idea of using Mjölnir after defeating Thor. While it is true that the hammer would have been an incredible asset for the player, it cannot be wielded or even picked up by Kratos (nor Atreus) for several reasons.
The Hulk is going to win in a fight against Kratos. Both of them are incredibly strong and durable, but the Hulk is miles ahead of Kratos in terms of strength and durability.
Strange, Kratos over all takes everything when it comes to physical attributes of course though Dr. Strange has fought appoints like that and most of the time his sorcerer would be enough to take down a heavy hitter, Strange is bombarded with all types of spells and what not with his sorcery.
1 Zeno - Dragon Ball
He possesses great powers that make him one of, if not the most powerful being in the multiverse. With just a wave of his hand, Zeno is able to erase anything from existence, even six entire universes at once. Kratos may be strong, but he would die immediately if he was up against the King.
1 Weakness: His Nightmares
Up until God of War III, Kratos is plagued by nightmares, which partially explains why he's so vulnerable to illusions and mind tricks. It also, of course, explains his unquenchable rage. At the end of the day, Kratos' nightmares are one of his greatest weaknesses.
Kratos vs Thanos:
Due to Kratos' immense powers, Thanos' infinity stones won't be able to defeat him. For instance, Kratos' Shield is much stronger than Vibranium or any metal from Marvel-verse, meaning Thanos' Power Stone is not going to work on him.
Two giants (quite literally) have come together, as Sony Santa Monica's God of War is officially part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Since 2005, Kratos has kept us occupied as the Ghost of Sparta. Although we moved from Ancient Greece into Norse mythology with 2018's God of War, that's only helped the series.
Kratos, even though the GOW gods are weaker than the Marvel and DC gods, they are not weaker than Spider-Man. Spidey's webs would hold Kratos for a while just like it hold Hercules once: Until he goes Berserk, then Spider-man has a big problem on his hands.
Sadly, One Above All has weaknesses that make him vulnerable against his foes. He has even been beaten by Thanos, as his existence does not let him hurt or kill things. Hence, he's an easy kill for Kratos and wouldn't be able to match his rage and destruction.
Believe it or not, we actually know exactly how tall Kratos is thanks to this oddly detailed technical breakdown video from Santa Monic Studio's Axel Grossman. Kratos is exactly six feet and four inches tall (or about 1.93 meters, if that helps) in God of War: Ragnarok.
It's an interpretation of when he flipped Tyr's temple. Some people took that as him actually lifting and flipping the weight of all nine realms.
The Leviathan is a two-handed war axe that is Kratos' main offensive weapon in God of War.
The Leviathan Axe is Canonically More Powerful than Mjolnir.
God Of War Ragnarok's New Game Plus Lets You Go Beyond Kratos' Max Strength. This version of Kratos has 1003 strength.
KRATOS (Cratus) was the god or personified spirit (daimon) of strength, might, power and sovereign rule. He and his three siblings--Nike (Victory), Bia (Force) and Zelos (Rivalry)--were the winged enforcers of the gopd Zeus, angel-like beings who stood in attendance of the heavenly throne.
Superman is going to win in a fight against Kratos because he simply has better strength and durability feats. While we do know that Kratos is incredibly strong and durable, Superman is on a different level and has additional powers and abilities that the God of War doesn't have.
