Ultron is made of metal. Magneto is the master of magnetism. It's pretty open and shut. Magneto's magnetic force fields would defend him indefinitely against Ultron's attacks and Magneto could throw Ultron around with magnetic abilities while pummeling him with all the metal around.
Unlike adamantum, Magneto cannot manipulate vibranium – not if it's pure. Vibranium is a rare, extraterrestrial metallic ore. It has near-mystical properties that allow for energy manipulation and more. There is a Wakandan isotope and an Antarctic isotope, and both of them are completely unaffected by Magneto's powers.
Magneto rarely fights the Avengers, and when he does, it usually doesn't go too well for them. While he usually lets them get by with a warning, he's rarely actually beaten them.
Ultron's head was recovered by Antigone, an artificial girl and one of the synthezoids. Iron Man encounters a version from an old version of his armor and Ultron-18's head that leads the cult known as the Sons of Yinsen in an attempt to conquest via religion. The character is defeated by Iron Man and Jocasta.
Ultron is among the Avengers' most powerful villains in the comics – and one of the few Marvel villains to be exclusive to the group rather than an individual hero. However, the MCU did him dirty by reducing him to only one movie, Avengers: Age of Ultron, and portraying him as a pushover.
Tony Stark derived the code from the Mind Stone and used it to create Ultron. Integrated with Ultron's synthezoid body, the Mind Stone granted him power to strike down the Avengers and even kill Thanos.
CAN MAGNETO LIFT THOR'S HAMMER? Yes,magneto can control magnetic fields not metals. So Marvel had revealed that Magneto can lift Thor's hammer.
Magneto is more experienced, more skilled, more trained, more hardened, and more effective against his opponent than Jean Grey (without the Phoenix Force) could ever be. And thus, he could kill her. Undoubtedly, Magneto could overpower Jean Grey without the Phoenix Force.
1 Would Demolish Him: Magneto
Magneto could protect himself from Loki's attacks and throw all kinds of metal at him. Loki is rarely outclassed- but Magneto is his superior.
Molecular Rearranger - This device allows Ultron to make its adamantium components temporarily more malleable so that it can alter its body structure. While it is an impressively powerful tool, it is also Ultron's greatest weakness.
Ultron ultimately destroys the planet they're on, quickly defeating the zombie version of Scarlet Witch. While it's odd that live-action Scarlet Witch could take on Thanos, but Ultron easily defeats Zombie Scarlet Witch, previous Marvel moments explain things.
Cable could use his time-travel abilities to stay ahead of Infinity Ultron while infecting him with the T/O Virus to take control while Nate Grey could use his potentially omega-level abilities as a mutant shaman to fight Infinity Ultron's powerful abilities with his own reality-warping powers.
Magneto rips the Adamantium from Wolverine's bones, killing Wolverine, leaving just a severely charred skeleton and an arm of flesh due to his healing factor not working.
6 Could Defeat Him: Shazam
His body and powers are magical in origin, meaning that Magneto's best weapon (his ability to control the iron in a person's blood) probably wouldn't work on him and even if it did, Shazam could call down the kind of lightning bolts on Magneto that could shatter his forcefields eventually.
The X-Men's then-ally Magneto attempted to heal Colossus with his magnetic powers, but was only able to close the wounds, trapping Colossus in his metal state.
Using all of his magnetic powers Magneto tore Apocalypse apart.
Magneto is a mutant who has the ability to generate and control magnetic fields. Wanda is a nexus being and chaos magic user. Her abilities exceed Magneto's in all cases.
Deadpool is unpredictable and petty much immortal, I wouldn't say this is a simple one sided match because Wade has a possible win but Magneto can't kill him but he can encase him in a cage, tear him to pieces, or just any numbers of ways to have a win.
Magneto should have been able to take Iron Man down with ease, but when the two fought, Tony Stark gave the X-Men a NEW Master of Magnetism. Iron Man beat the X-Men's Magneto, in one of the most spectacular battles in the "Avengers Vs. X-Men" event.
Magneto used his control over electromagnetism to steal Mjolnir and wield it himself. Essentially, he manipulated the environment around Mjolnir rather than truly lifting it himself. But the trick got results, as Magneto was able to use the hammer to make good on an old threat and reverse Earth's magnetic poles.
Iron Man is a character who is completely dependent on his technology, crafted from his metal-based tech. In theory, Magneto could just clench his fist and implode the suit through Tony's ribs. He can detonate the Arc Reactor right in his chest, burning a hole through him.
Thanos would win against Ultron both in the MCU and in the comics. Even though Ultron is one of the most difficult opponents the Avengers have ever faced, he simply can't measure up to the godlike being that is Thanos.
According to Hank Pym, Ultron is always two steps ahead of the Avengers, because he's just... flat-out smarter then them, including the brain-trust trio, ie Tony Stark, Hank Pym and Reed Richards, all three of which are smarter then Peter Parker, who has an I.Q. of over 250.
Enter Jocasta, the female automaton created by Ultron, for Ultron.
