There is very violent scenes, including head shots, brains oozing out of people's heads from those shots, and Deadpool uses his swords to impale people, slice their heads off, and slice them in half. There is also a LOT of sexual scenes. There is a TON of making out, and there is even a very graphic sex scene.
Those who thought Deadpool might just be a smidge more violent than your standard Avengers or X-Men movie, know this: It's NOT for middle schoolers. The adult language, the sex/nudity and innuendo, and the gore are too plentiful to recommend even for avid young high schoolers.
“Deadpool” is rated R for graphic violence, graphic language, graphic nudity, graphic sexual references and graphic sex — a sex montage, in fact. So I was surprised to see just two dads, each with two children in tow, all in what looked like the 11-13 age range, leave early, both after the sex montage.

Deadpool only uses the F word and its derivatives 84 times, which seems like nothing compared to the filth on display in Swearnet. But it was still enough to garner the Marvel action adventure that coveted R rating it, and its fans, so desperately wanted.

You need a knowledge of previous Marvel movies to fully understand this very long movie. The movie is aimed at adolescent and adult Marvel fans and is definitely not suitable for children. Parental guidance is strongly recommended for younger teenagers because of the many violent and disturbing scenes.
