Let's be clear: General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross—AKA Red Hulk—is not worthy of Thor's powers nor has he actually lifted the hammer under normal circumstances.
Well, clever boy he is, the Red Hulk found a loophole, managing to use the hammer's forward momentum to carry him and Thor into space, where the zero gravity negated the otherwise absolute rule to lift the hammer of "being worthy." From there, Red Hulk proceeded to beat Thor with Mjolnir before leaving him for dead.
Red Hulk possesses superhuman strength (lifting 100 tons), stamina and durability and can regenerate from serious injuries within minutes.
Simply put Thor can best Hulk in a fight because he wields Mjolnir and is a god. Complexly said, Hulk can't defeat a divine god with a mighty hammer that lets him blast energy beams, fly, and summon a kinds of weather.
Red Hulk has also been shown to have a weakness to Negative Zone energy, which caused him burning pain and drained him when he attempted to absorb it.
UNLIMITED STRENGTH
The answer; there isn't one. The amazing thing about the Hulk is that unlike nearly every other superhero ever created, the Hulk's strength has absolutely no upper limit. He can lift a commercial airplane – which weighs around 100 tons – when he is at his calmest; that's no problem for him.
13 BULLETPROOF
Much like the Man of Steel, even bullets fired at the Hulk will just bounce right off him. When Banner becomes the Hulk, his change in appearance isn't just cosmetic. That green skin definitely makes him stand out, but it also offers far more protection that his regular human body provides.
Forged by dwarves in the heart of a dying star, the weapon is enchanted so that it can only be lifted and wielded by those who are worthy of its powers. Both in the comics and the MCU films, many characters other than Thor himself, both heroes and villains, have been able to lift Mjolnir.
Let's be clear: General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross—AKA Red Hulk—is not worthy of Thor's powers nor has he actually lifted the hammer under normal circumstances.
The two Hulks have comparable strength levels, but Red Hulk's hidden power gives him a major advantage over Superman that could allow him to triumph.
The polished fighting style of Thanos proved too much for Hulk and his overall brutality and savagery. Hulk had the upper hand for all of two seconds due to the element of surprise before Thanos was able to finish the fight with a few quick blows.
Red Hulk has superhuman strength, durability, and endurance, comparable to that of the Hulk. He is capable of absorbing radiation, which his body can metabolize for increased strength. Unlike the Hulk, increased anger does not make him stronger but emit increasing heat.
While the Hulk was easily able to survive the barrage of nuclear weapons, the noise of the explosions and cries of dying people eventually came to bother him. The Hulk returned to his birthplace in New Mexico and sealed himself in a cave with a massive boulder, trapping Banner inside with him for many years.
Vibranium can also cut the Hulk due to the same reasoning as Adamantium -- they are two of the strongest metals in the world. The one thing to note is that when Hulk gets angrier, his skin becomes more durable and can then withstand even these metals.
However, one power the Hulk has that has been somewhat forgotten over time is his ability to breathe underwater. In Avengers #3, Marvel Comics revealed Hulk could hold his breath underwater for long periods - with Banner realizing in later stories he didn't need to come for air, as his body could adapt.
The angrier Hulk gets, his mass increases in size in order to accommodate the increased strength. As Hulk becomes more powerful as anger increases, his strength continues to rise further and further. His rising anger allows him to literally beat his own power being used on him. Stated in official material as well.
Strength Level: Venom possesses superhuman strength enabling him to lift (press) almost 11 tons. Known Superhuman Powers: The alien costume, which has grafted itself to the nervous system of Eddie Brock, somehow absorbed the powers of Spider-Man during its brief symbiotic relationship with him.
In fact, the comics have put Superman's strength at a point where he's able to lift around 2 billion tons!
In those fights the Hulk is shown easily defeating Ghost Rider, though Robbie had yet to reach his full potential during those battles. In his latest example of power, Ghost Rider shows how easily he can now take down the Hulk, especially while the Hulk is in his current form in Marvel Comics.
The Red Hulk easily defeated the new Abomination (Rick Jones), who goes by A-Bomb... The Red Hulk even punched out the Watcher! The Red Hulk did really well in battle with the Mighty Thor... and even managed to unseat the Green Hulk for top bragging rights among Hulks...
In one of Marvel's strangest What If tales, the Venom symbiote consumed the Hulk before it ever bonded with Eddie Brock.
