Sakura Haruno is a skilled shinobi who boasts considerable physical strength. But she really shines in the field of medicine as she was trained by the greatest medical ninja of all time, Tsunade. However, if the Boruto two characters went up against each other, Kakashi would win despite losing his Sharingan.
In spite of her great power and massive chakra resources, Sakura won't stand a chance against Kakashi, thanks to his near-invincibility and godly speed attributed to him by Kamui. To defeat him, Sakura would simply have to train further.
However, Kakashi was shown to be a ninja prodigy even before he gained the Sharingan, meaning the statement of Kakashi being weaker without the Sharingan is an unjust assumption. Analyzing his current skills and achievements reveals how strong he truly is, even without the visual jutsu.
Sasuke is yet another strong character in the Naruto series who eventually surpassed Kakashi. Sasuke was so strong that he was able to perform jutsus like Indra's Arrow which has similar, if not the same destructive capabilities compared to Naruto's Six Paths: Ultra Big Ball Rasenshuriken.
Despite this, she pales in comparison to Kakashi Hatake. Kakashi is a very fast, and shrewd shinobi, so for him to let Tsunade hit him in the head is preposterous. Furthermore, Kakashi's offensive powers, such as Kamui, far surpass that of Tsunade's. If the two ever fight, Kakashi would emerge as the victor.
With the dual Mangekyo Sharingan, Kakashi would be able to overwhelm even Pain. Between the space-time ninjutsu that allows, the full Susano'o at Kakashi's disposal, and the Copy Ninja's notorious intellect and strategy ability, Kakashi would likely be able to conquer Pain with relative ease.
Considering how badly Kakashi and Minato's attacks devastated him in separate duels, Obito would not survive being punched by Tsunade. However, his kamui allows him to become intangible at any time, rendering it nearly impossible for his opponent to land a hit.
Another one of the strongest characters in the world of Naruto, Guy was once the eternal rival of Kakashi Hatake. The two have engaged each other in countless duels, most of which have been won by Kakashi Hatake.
The truth is, compared to other Jonin, Kakashi is not actually low on chakra reserves. In fact, he has a pretty high capability. The weakness comes when battling the best villains in the series. Kakashi does not match up to the strongest and most gifted of legendary shinobi.
Despite not being able to copy jutsus in the Naruto series, he still has access to over 1000 jutsus that he copied when he had the Sharingan. Fans are aware of the fact that Lightning Release is stronger than Earth Release, but Kakashi managed to improvise an Earth Release technique that is unaffected by lightning.
As has already been established, the weakest Hokage of Konohagakure is between Kakashi Hatake and Tsunade Senju. In fact, both Kakashi and Tsunade are quite close to each other in terms of strength in Naruto. However, their fighting style differs a lot from each other.
Surprisingly, Kakashi is also one of the many users of the Rasengan. In fact, he mastered this technique at quite a young age. Just like Minato, Kakashi tried to add his nature transformation to this jutsu to perfect it, however, he failed. Interestingly, this is how he came up with the Chidori instead.
However, in general, adult Sakura is considered to be one of the strongest characters in Naruto. She has proven herself capable of holding her own against some of the strongest opponents in the series, including Tsunade and Kaguya.
Sakura becomes quite strong towards the end of Shippuden. However, despite her growth as a character, Pain is leagues above her as a shinobi. She, too, can use the Hundred Healings technique, but the Six Paths of Pain can cause her a ton of trouble.
Minato with mid difficulty at most. Sakura does have her chakra enhanced strength, which makes her physical blows almost unparalleled. But this is the same Sakura who could not land a single hit on Kakashi. Minato is faster than Kakashi and at the very least has comparable skill in Taijutsu.
In the Boruto era, Kakashi is certainly weaker than he was in Naruto since he lost his Sharingan, and in the process, a big chunk of his powers.

Abilities. Like his son, Sakumo was a gifted shinobi praised for his talents in the ninja arts even by the likes of Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage. In battle, Sakumo was a truly powerful shinobi, his prowess surpassing that of the Sannin.
Kakashi is one of the strongest characters by the end of the manga and the show, but Obito is definitely his equal.
Kakashi has never really expressed interest in anyone other than maybe Hanare, as mentioned above. Kakashi doesn't really seem to get wrapped up in romantic feelings, and he doesn't flirt with any of the ninjas around him. Even as Kakashi has aged, his interest in pursuing others hasn't seemed to have changed any.
Jiraiya learned the toad sage mode, but he could never master it. Hence, his sage mode remained imperfect. Jiraiya was revered as an elite ninja and he showed what he was capable of doing when he fought against the Six Paths of Pain. But, defeating someone like Tobirama would be out his range.
In Shippuden, Kakashi and his team managed to beat Itachi. Unfortunately, it was actually a clone that possessed just 30% of Itachi's chakra. It is true that Kakashi used a Susanoo in the battle with Kaguya, but it would not stand a chance against Itachi's.
As a result, Jiraiya would be unable to meaningfully damage Obito since he could not navigate through the pervasive effects of his Kamui. Not even the Sannin's iron hair barrier would defend him, as the fallen Uchiha could simply permeate through it in order to deliver a devastating blow.
