Investigative authorities can use the IP address associated with a YouTube account, or a YouTube video, to pinpoint your exact location, as well as your Internet service provider. There is nothing you can do to prevent IP address tracking. Using a public computer, however, makes tracking more difficult.
Google tracks you across all its different services, of course, and YouTube is no exception. The data you create on all its websites helps build up a picture of who you are – and also, what videos you're recommended.
Q:- Can someone on YouTube video's comment find out your IP? A:- Its impossible to get your IP from a YouTube comment unless you provided it there.
All comments on public videos on YouTube are public and anyone can reply to a comment that you post. If you're a Google Apps account user, any comment you post on YouTube is publicly visible to users outside of your domain.
Youtube will always show your public channel name when you are commenting. There's no anonymous mode (like on Quora, for example). But unlike Facebook and Quora, you can use just about any name for your channel.
When you report a video on YouTube, it is reviewed by the company's staff. If any serious infringements are noticed, the video may be taken down. If a video is taken down, it is likely that the account that posted the video will receive a strike too.
Don't Ignore Negative Comments
Ideally, you should reply to every comment on your videos, whether positive, negative, or neutral. Of course, this can be challenging if you face many comments, but even in this case, you should reply to at least your more positive and negative comments.
But should you delete negative comments on YouTube? You should when they are designed to be malicious and do not contain any constructive feedback. At the end of the day, you own your channel, and it is within your right to remove comments on your videos.
By turning them off, you'll prevent trolls from leaving harmful comments. Better control your brand's narrative.
Utilizing pseudonyms allow people to post without revealing their real identity. Pseudonyms, however, are still prone to being tracked to the user's IP address.
YouTube also tracks what visitors search for on the YouTube site, what ads they click on, IP addresses of viewer computers, as well as the hardware model, operating system and mobile network information of viewers -- including their phone numbers.
Anyone can see how many viewers watched a given YouTube video by checking the number on the lower left-hand corner of the frame. But accessing the analytics tool in YouTube Studio can provide deeper information about the people who watch your content. This data is easy to access, too.
If someone leaves a negative comment on your social media account, and you choose to ignore or delete, this can make it look as though you have something to hide. If you have nothing to hide, then it's perfectly fine to choose this action so that you don't have to deal with negativity on your page.
Note that hiding or deleting a YouTube channel will permanently delete your Community posts, comments and replies.

Discourage Spam and Trolls
If you disable your comments, you eliminate the platform these trolls have to start disagreements at the expense of your brand. Some businesses or individuals could use other companies' social media pages to self-promote.
Not only does it show your fans and followers that you care about what they have to say, engaging with comments has the added benefit of boosting you in the YouTube algorithm. Videos with lots of likes, replies and moderation tend to show up higher in search results. Want to become the master of moderation?
Replying to comments on YouTube is the key to growing an active, engaged audience.
If you repeatedly post comments that violate YouTube terms & conditions, administrators may choose to block you from posting comments on any videos. If this action is taken, only a YouTube administrator can reverse the decision.
Hate speech, predatory behavior, graphic violence, malicious attacks, and content that promotes harmful or dangerous behavior isn't allowed on YouTube.
If it violates the Community Guidelines, one report is sufficient (NO videos are allowed which violate those… period). Three Community Guidelines strikes and the account (channel) is terminated.
