Even if Hulk does manage to land a punch to
Thor doesn't have a great track record against Hulk without Mjolnir. He's been able to stalemate Hulk in a grappling contest, but when they come to physical blows, Thor gets the worse end of the treatment. Part of this is because he inherently holds back while fighting on Earth.
Thor and Hercules would be the 2 who could hit hardest if they just suddenly had to punch something or someone. Hulk is the weakest in base strength but would over time become more angry and therefore stronger - be able to punch stronger.
Compared to Thanos, who is an extreme strategist, Hulk's method of mindlessly throwing aggressive punches was bound to catch up to him. Thanos was the more skilled fighter because he thought out his every move, ultimately explaining why he was able to so easily defeat the physically-strong Hulk.
Simply put Thor can best Hulk in a fight because he wields Mjolnir and is a god. Complexly said, Hulk can't defeat a divine god with a mighty hammer that lets him blast energy beams, fly, and summon a kinds of weather.
Although these mighty Avengers have fought nearly 40 times in the comics, almost every match has resulted in a draw. Of the battles where there is a clear winner, the final tally gives Hulk a victory of winning a mere three fights over Thor's two.
He can lift a commercial airplane – which weighs around 100 tons – when he is at his calmest; that's no problem for him. But the angrier he gets the stronger he gets, and if the Hulk is really pissed, then he can lift anything, including mountains, or even planets!
Thor / Odin
In the comics, The Norse God of Thunder can destroy planets, control the weather (including summoning lightning bolts), fly through space at the speed of light, and even break adamantium. That's right, Thor could smash Wolverine's metal skeleton if he wanted to. He has beyond class 100 strength.
Could Hulk ever become so angry/powerful that he could lift Thor's hammer? No. The Hulks strength may be unlimited, but the hammer can only be lifted by one who is worthy. The hammer is magic.
Old King Thor is one of the most powerful variants of the character. When Old King Thor merged with the Phoenix Force, becoming Old Phoenix King Thor, his powers greatly multiplied. This solidified him as one of the most dangerous beings in Marvel.
Thor and Loki are epically powerful gods from the Norse-inspired realm of Asgard, both powered by humanity's belief in them, but it is often shown that the God of Thunder Thor is much more "powerful" than his sibling Loki.
Blessed with the powers and long life of a god, Thor was undoubtedly the most powerful member of the initial version of the Avengers. Not only can he fly and transport between worlds, but he was also the only one capable of taking down Thanos, even after he had assembled all six Infinity Stones.
Rising to his feet, Hulk backhands the Son of Zeus, before pummeling the Greek god into submission as he begs Hulk to stop, trying to convince him that they're there to help. Namora covers her eyes, unable to watch any more of the brutal beating.
Hawkeye. The ace archer may come as a big surprise for many. But the fact can't be denied that the Incredible Hulk has never defeated the master archer “Hawkeye” in a face off. Hawkeye aka Clint Barton once shot Hulk's alter ego 'Bruce Banner' in the head.
Healing Factor: Thor has an extreme healing Factor that works 300 times faster than Wolverine's. He even mysteriously healed from a disintegration beam. His body can heal from the most intense and dangerous amount of damage that could kill Gods.
Thor is Immortal, Not Invincible
In Avengers: Infinity War, Thor revealed that he was over 1500 years old. It's clear that age doesn't affect him the way it does normal mortals, as with most immortals, he is aging at a slower rate. While Thor will eventually die, it will take thousands of years for it to happen.
His strength according to the Champion is infinite.
Abomination – Emil Blonsky. A gamma-spawned monstrous powerhouse. The Hulk's primary physical rival.
In Infinity #6, the Hulk supports the entire weight of a star with his strength alone. If the star's weight was equivalent to the weight of Sol, the Hulk is capable of lifting 2 octillion tons.
Weakness: RAGE
While Hulk's rage makes him almost completely invulnerable and the strongest being in the entire universe, it also is a huge weakness. The increase of his power when in rage mode is massive. However, at the same time, he also loses almost all his intelligence when he grows angrier.
By threatening a woman's life, Hulk blackmailed Thor into fighting him without Mjolnir's might. In turn, this was a more one-sided affair than many of their previous conflicts. Thor was heavily beaten, even though he refused to yield to Hulk's strength.
Hulk is practically immortal and has unlimited reserves of strength and stamina, so he can keep fighting forever. Thor's endurance, while godly, is not limitless, so he will eventually lose a prolonged battle.
