Hulk and Wolverine have a conversation where Hulk states that he was cured of his anger, (even though as Hulk becomes angrier during the course of the conversation he becomes less articulate) but a parting comment Wolverine makes about Betty Ross enrages Hulk and causes him to tear Wolverine in half.
Wolverine's regeneration heals damaged tissue and deactivates… He could be ripped apart and his limbs would grow back to the exact same state they were before.
His indestructible adamantium skeleton makes him immune to most forms of decapitation or amputation, despite suffering several grotesque injuries.
Even though Wolverine was transformed into a Wendigo, the moment illustrates just how powerful Logan's adamantium claws are. He pierced all the way through Colossus organic steel skin - that's no small feat.
So while the bullet might penetrate Wolverine's skin, it seems it wouldn't kill him. In fact, in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Wolverine is shot in the head with an adamantium bullet and, though he loses his memory, he survives.
Vibranium is not unbreakable or impossible to damage, true Adamantium is denser and with a way superior penetrating force that allows it to cut through almost anything. BP's armor would give him protection and would be really hard to go completely through but Logan can damage it.
The mutation that makes Wolverine worthy of the X-Men is that his cells regenerate at incredible speeds. He ages at a snail's pace, he can re-grow parts of limbs and organs after serious injury, and he is basically impervious to infection and disease.
Although the Merc with a Mouth and everyone's favorite adamantium clawed X-Men have both used their near-immortal powers to return from the dead, there is a strong case to be made that Wade Wilson's healing is far preferable to that of Logan.
The nearly fleshless Wolverine jumps up and stabs his claws into Magneto's chest, mortally wounding him. Magneto rips the Adamantium from Wolverine's bones, killing Wolverine, leaving just a severely charred skeleton and an arm of flesh due to his healing factor not working.
Just like a diet plan, Hugh Jackman's Wolverine physique went through a disciplined workout regime. It was divided into bulking and cutting phases. Apart from a high-intensity workout, max rep counts were given huge importance.
His regenerative healing powers make it especially hard to off him: bullets pop out of his body after he's shot, skin grows over wounds. But the X-Men comic books may have the answer. The short answer is yes, Wolverine can die and has many times in the comic books.
The doctor notes that “something inside” Logan is “poisoning him.” Logan responds by saying he knows what it is inside him that's killing him. Adamantium poisoning as a reason for Logan's diminished healing factor works well with the themes in “Logan.” The movie is about finality and, often, despair.
Wolverine manages to do some damage, though, actually making the Hulk bleed.
The Incredible Hulk's healing factor is much stronger than Wolverine and Deadpool's, as the character can officially survive decapitation!
His adamantium claws are one of the few weapons in the Marvel Universe that can consistently pierce Hulk's skin and Wolverine has no problem going for Hulk's head. In fact, if it came down to it, Wolverine could cut Hulk's head off, ending the Hulk once and for all.
8 Wolverine: Stronger Healing Factor
Furthermore, his healing factor works even faster on extreme injuries, e.g. if large layers of flesh and muscle are lost. For all the damage Superman can do to him, there's always a chance Logan will get better.
The Flash's body heals at an accelerated rate and it registers the tattoo as damage which it quickly heals. Kid Flash's tattoo was gone in a few seconds because of his healing factor, yet when Wolverine got a tattoo, it took much longer for it to disappear due to his healing ability.
Spider-man Healing Factor
According to Marvel “He also heals faster than normal when injured, though he is not completely immune to viruses and other human ailments.” For example, while Deadpool and Wolverine can heal from injuries like gunshots in seconds, it would take Spider-man a day or so to recover.
While Deadpool and Wolverine are both practically immortal because of their respective healing factors, the way the two abilities work within their bodies are very different.
Also it should be pointed out that Wolverine's healing factor is powerful enough that any damage to his teeth would be repaired rather quickly.
Both mutants are ostensibly on the same side; they differ greatly in temperament but are not afraid to fight for mutants against a world that hates them. While Colossus uses his brute strength, Wolverine uses his claws, which can cut through almost anything - except Colossus himself.
During the final fight in The Wolverine, Logan-San had his adamantium claws sliced clean off by The Silver Samurai, leaving him with organic bone claws that grow back through the stubs of the adamantium coating.
He originally had the use of bone claws, however were later coated with Adamantium, making these claws and his skeleton virtually indestructible. Wolverine also possesses superhuman healing and therefore doesn't need to worry about his claws bleeding when they protrude from his hands.
