Make sure your lotions, creams, and other liquid body products are each 3.4 ounces or smaller and packed in a clear, quart-sized container. If you like to pack wet wipes or makeup wipes to freshen up during your travels, you're free to bring these in your carry-on or checked luggage.
From freshening up your skin, removing makeup, mopping up spills, these multi-purpose beauties are a staple in my travel kit. Plus they don't count as a liquid! Deodorant sprays and makeup removers can easily be replaced with baby or face wipes, which are not counted as a liquid.
Wet wipes are solids (although damp ones at that) so they don't fall under the restrictions on gels, liquids and aerosols. I've always carried a pack of the antibacterial ones in my carry on. I don't put them in my ziplock bag (as they need to be readily accessible) and never had any problems.
Travel Tip: All types of wipes do not count as a liquid. That means makeup wipes, wet wipes, disinfectant wipes, baby wipes, etc can all be brought along in whatever quantity you need to bring without having to worry about the 3.4 oz container size and they can stay in your bag as you go through security.

Since toothpaste is considered a liquid, paste, or gel by the TSA, most of us toss those tiny one-ounce tubes in our carry-on bags. However, if you want to ditch the hard-to-recycle packaging, consider toothpaste tablets, an ecofriendly alternative that's not subject to the 3-1-1 rule.
If they are liquid or gel foundation/eye shadow etc then each must be 100ml or less and go in the clear ziploc baggy for security to check if you want to take them in your carry on. If they are a solid cake or powder, you don't need to worry just throw them in your bag, they aren't a problem.
The 100ml rule for liquids
The main rule to remember is that you must not take any more than 100ml of a restricted liquid into the cabin of a plane, and those liquids should be placed into individual 100ml containers. Any liquid that you need more than 100ml of should be packed in your hold luggage.
In order to meet requirements, your liquids must all fit into one, transparent, resealable plastic bag that measures around 20cm by 20cm – the kind you use for sandwiches or food storage. You're only allowed to carry one bag per person, so keep this in mind when packing.
It doesn't matter whether your liquids are foundation, mascara, lotion, water, or whatever. All are liquid (gels are included, and toothpaste), as must go by the 3-1-1 rule. No container more than "3" oz. size (no matter how much in it), all must fit in "1" clear plastic ziploc bag, no greater than "1" quart size.
Stick deodorant is fine in any size. Well, almost any size… Powders and crystals are good to go as well. Spray, Gel, Liquid, Cream, Pastes, and Roll-On deodorants need to be in containers no larger than 3.4 ounces and placed in a clear quart-sized baggie.

Disposable razors, replacement blades, and electric razors can go in either your carry-on or checked baggage; if you have a safety or straight razor, you can pack it in your carry-on — but you must remove the blades first and pack them in one of your checked bags.
You are permitted to pack liquid eyeliners in your carry-on and checked luggage. However, you are required to abide by the TSA liquid limit if you pack it in your cabin bag. Eyeliner pencils don't need to be taken as per the liquid limit. They can be packed in more quantities in both cabin bags and checked luggage.
Do not pack you portable charger (power pack) in hold luggage: Taking your portable phone charger (power pack) on a plane is fine, but just remember to pack it in your hand luggage. Do not put them in your hold luggage as this is not permitted and could result in your luggage not being loaded.
Limits on liquids, aerosols and gels
All liquids, aerosols and gel items must be in containers of 100 millilitres or 100 grams or less. Containers must fit into one transparent and re-sealable plastic bag, like a snap-lock bag.
Any item that alarms or is unable to be screened will not be permitted in your carry-on bag. We recommend packing all liquids, gels, and aerosols that are over 3.4 oz or 100 ml in your checked baggage, even if they are in a secure, tamper-evident bag.

Put your product in 3.4 ounces (100 ml) or smaller containers. You can divide your product into different containers to meet the amount you need for your trip. But keep in mind that you can only have one quart-size bag (6”x9”) to put them all in.
