It's just your personality and social preference at the moment. There may not be a deeper reason why you quickly lose interest in people. First, it's important to understand that losing sexual attraction happens to most couples as we move on with our normal life. Dr. Tina B. Tessina, a psychotherapist and author of How To Be Happy Partners: Working It Out Together, tells SheKnows that decreased attraction “is very common as time passes in relationships.”
Difficulty in feeling attraction to someone could be due to various factors, including sexuality, depression, side effects of medication, or a lack of confidence in the ability to choose a partner wisely. Or, it could mean you haven't found the right person to inspire feelings of sexual desire yet.

Some people become less attracted to their romantic partners over time, or the kind of attraction they feel might change—especially when the other person changes—but this doesn't always happen.

Poor communication can erode the connection people have. Initial feelings of lust fade with time, which can make feelings of love seem less intense. People change over time, which may mean that people simply grow apart. Shifting priorities can mean that each person has separate, sometimes incompatible goals.
If you feel empty even when your partner is very present in your life, that could indicate a deeper issue. You might suspect that this relationship isn't a good fit for you or experience self-doubt. It's important not to jump to conclusions. As mentioned above, depression is one common cause of feelings of emptiness.
That's why when you have anxiety, it is not uncommon to also experience low libido. Your sex drive is directly affected by the way you feel, and anxiety is the type of condition that can make it hard to find your partner or the idea of lovemaking to be arousing.
The lack of adequate communication can lead to loss of attraction. Failure to share activities – As your relationship lasts, you tend to fall into a routine and stop sharing new adventures with your partner. This lack of fresh activities can lead to you starting to lose attraction to your significant other.
Ultimately, it's best not to commit to a relationship with someone until you feel attracted to the person completely. That said, it's totally OK to date and see if connection and physical chemistry grow. Initial attraction is like the first chapter of a book.
Infatuation love fades, it is supposed to, but what it also does is it gives the initial push to spend as much time with that person to be able to develop long term attachment to that person by the time the infatuation fades.
Loss of Physical Attraction
We start to see the person as an extension of ourselves, and within that framework, we lose some of that “chemistry” that drew us to them. When we view our partners as the independent and attractive individuals they are, we can keep a fresh level of excitement and affection for them.
Nothing attracts more to a man than a woman with a high self-esteem. A confident woman is independent and can tackle any situation in her life. Even in the long run, the guy can depend on his partner and feel secured.
Emotional detachment involves the disconnection from emotions, particularly ones involved in interpersonal relationships. It can present as numbness and may lead to relationship and communication problems, difficulty feeling or expressing empathy, or other emotional regulation difficulties.
