As mentioned above, the average lifespan of a cell phone is approximately 2-3 years. However, manufacturers tend to focus on ensuring users enjoy excellent performance during the whole period. So, even though they often provide longer battery life, it doesn't necessarily mean the phone will last longer.

If you want to keep using an iPhone for as many years as possible, avoid buying models that are more than a year old; these models will get cut off from major iOS upgrades sooner than newer devices, which will make them unsafe to use in a much shorter timeframe.
However when it comes to iPhones, you can expect between three to five years (maybe more) with proper care.

It's a quick way of seeing what, in the case of this particular 'setting interrogation code,' your call forwarding settings.

For example, in a mod 9 system where we count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21...

Apple considers any iPhone with a battery capacity of 80% or above to be in optimal condition. In fact, Apple feels so strongly about battery health that its 1-year warranty covers any battery at 80% capacity or more. It's not unusual to see iPhones that, after one year, still have a battery capacity of 95% or above.
There is nothing wrong with it showing 99% after two months. Batteries are consumable, so as you use them, battery health will decline, based on the number of full charge cycles. Apple does not consider a battery problem unless the battery health gets to 80% before the end of one year.
