Hela is a worthy competitor to Kratos in every way. She's ruthless and has superhuman strength, untouchable speed, relentless stamina, and a healing factor. However, she doesn't have experience in killing all the gods. Hence, the Ghost of Sparta would certainly stand victorious against her.
