Hela is a worthy competitor to Kratos in every way. She's ruthless and has superhuman strength, untouchable speed, relentless stamina, and a healing factor. However, she doesn't have experience in killing all the gods. Hence, the Ghost of Sparta would certainly stand victorious against her.

Old Kratos from the Norse God of War games takes the trophy for the strongest Kratos. The character is older, wiser, more emotionally intelligent, and has the memories and guilt of his past to tie him into being better.

Well he's weaker because he lost power of hope, not all of it, but MOST of it, and power of hope was what gave him lots of restiance to hax. But his physical capabilities have improved, devs have confirmed that Kratos during the entire game was holding back and could knock out Baldur for weeks if he wanted too.
Superman is going to win in a fight against Kratos because he simply has better strength and durability feats. While we do know that Kratos is incredibly strong and durable, Superman is on a different level and has additional powers and abilities that the God of War doesn't have.
