Peter Pettigrew (a.k.a. Wormtail) is the only Death Eater known to have been in a House other than Slytherin (Gryffindor) while at Hogwarts. There, he was a close friend of Sirius Black, James Potter, and Remus Lupin, although he was the least intelligent and least talented of the group.
In the world of Harry Potter as we know it, there are no recorded instances of a person who was sorted into Hufflepuff ever becoming a Death Eater, or any other kind of Dark Wizard for that matter.
Of all the Hogwarts houses, Slytherin boasts the largest number of Death Eaters, after all. A Hatstall like Minerva McGonagall, the Sorting Hat clearly found sorting Wormtail difficult.
As was probably expected, Peter Pettigrew takes first place as the evilest Gryffindor, having betrayed some of his best friends to a mass murderer and framed another one for their murder. Peter is the proof that evil can truly come from any house, and is not limited to those from Slytherin.
The only Ravenclaw affiliated with Voldemort was Professor Quirrel.
Unfortunately, Slytherin has constantly been associated with evil witches and wizards. Most of this negativity surrounding Slytherin came because of the rise of Lord Voldemort and his followers, the Death Eaters.

Worst: Lucius Malfoy
Lucius Malfoy is pretty clearly a bad person, but he's a perfect example of how banal cruelty and evilness can be. Lucius likes to control, humiliate, and cause people pain, but he's also too weak and self-absorbed to really become one of the evil "greats," so to speak.
He rejected his family's pure-blood elitism and reverence for the Dark Arts. At Hogwarts, rather than be sorted into Slytherin like the rest of his family, Sirius was placed in Gryffindor. In contrast to his home life, Sirius greatly enjoyed life at Hogwarts, where he was inseparable from his best friend, James Potter.

Hufflepuffs, it's all right to be hard-working, loyal, and just. These are qualities that create a person who is always striving for to be the best form of themselves and isn't held down by circumstance.
In general, Hufflepuff as the worst Hogwarts house has contributed nothing of note to the world of magic, though Newt Scamander would be a notable exception to that, however he is one of a very short list outside of him and Helga Hufflepuff herself.
The Heir of Hufflepuff was none other than Cedric Diggory, who was well on his way to fulfilling the prophecy of the Heir of Hufflepuff when he was tragically murdered by Peter Pettigrew. Thus, the prophecy would remain unfulfilled forever.
Horace Slughorn (1997 - present) Horace, after being convinced by Dumbledore and Harry Potter, returned to Hogwarts as the Potions master. After Severus killed Dumbledore and became headmaster of Hogwarts, it was decided that Horace was to become the Head of Slytherin House once again.

Moaning Myrtle
Born in the late 1920s to Muggle parents, Myrtle Warren started her Hogwarts life in the early 1940s, where she was sorted into Ravenclaw.
Bem (born c. 1979-1980) was a Nigerian wizard who attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry from 1991 to 1998. He was sorted into Gryffindor and is in Harry Potter's year, however he does not dorm with Harry and friends.
Her real parents were Daneel and Dean Novak, Pureblooded wizards. Turns out Daneel was Tom Riddles younger sister, Daneel Riddle. Of course, the Riddles were related to Salzar Slytherin himself, and this made Hermione the living heir of Slytherin. The problem with being a female Slytherin heir, is that they're cursed.
This is because only the Hufflepuff Common Room contains the portrait of the former Minister of Magic, "Eldritch Diggory." Mr. Diggory will ask Hufflepuff players for help with something after Professor Fig has been gone for a while and will begin the Hufflepuff exclusive Quest "Prisoner of Love."
At Hogwarts, she, along with her sisters, was sorted into Slytherin. It is suggested in the novels that, as a student, Bellatrix associated with a group of students – including Rodolphus Lestrange, Severus Snape, Avery, Evan Rosier and Wilkes – who nearly all became Death Eaters.
Although she turns into a scaly winged serpent, Maleficent falls far more under the Ravenclaw banner than the Slytherin one. She is frustrated by incompetent followers just like Hades and has no patience for short-minded fools.
