At the end of Solo, Qi'ra became the leader of Crimson Dawn, and in Hidden Empire, we learn that she's been using her supremacy and leverage within the organization to expand and penetrate various corners of the galaxy in an attempt to overthrow the Sith and the Empire once and for all.
Caught aiding Han, Qi'ra tells Dryden she will prove her loyalty to him by sacrificing something she loves, and advances on Han. She betrays and kills Vos instead, and sends Han after Beckett.
In it, Qi'ra was technically reunited with Han Solo, made an enemy out of Boba Fett, and is making plans to take Crimson Dawn to greater heights as its new leader.
Solo: A Star Wars Story - an anthology film presenting Han Solo's backstory, starring Alden Ehrenreich as the young scoundrel - revealed he grew up as a street urchin on Corellia, and fell in love with a girl named Qi'ra.
Crimson Dawn's leader, Lady Qi'ra, intended to use the auction to allow the great galactic powers witness the return of the Dawn, which many believed had disappeared, though in reality they had been planning something big to announce their return.

Han is a main character in the 2015 Star Wars comic series. Issue #6 introduces Sana Starros as Han Solo's wife, although a few issues later she is revealed to have only married him as part of a plan to scam a crime lord's gambling den.
Several clues within the new live-action series suggest Crimson Dawn is the big bad behind all the others, meaning Qi'ra is the ultimate villain of the series and potentially others going forward.
Maul is only on screen for about a minute or two in Solo, played once again by The Phantom Menace actor Ray Park and voiced by Sam Witwer, who also voiced the villain in The Clone Wars and Rebels. He gives Qi'ra a mysterious new assignment and she accepts, flying off on the Crimson Dawn ship to parts unknown.
The Qi'ra Novel Likely Means Solo 2 Will Never Happen As A Movie Or Show. Though a new Qi'ra story is exciting, as that character deserves to have her story explored, it also means that a direct Solo movie sequel or even a Solo sequel show is less likely to happen in the future.
After Maul's death during a mission to Tatooine, Qi'ra became the new leader of Crimson Dawn and was given the title "Lady." She rebuilt Crimson Dawn and planned to use it to destabilize the galaxy in her ultimate plan to take down Darth Sidious and his apprentice, Darth Vader.
Qi'ra's return confirmed what was teased at the end of Solo, which is that she became the leader of Crimson Dawn.
Even though Kylo Ren uses a red lightsaber, harnesses the dark side of the Force, and wears a cape, he is not a Sith. Because of that, he can never hold the title of Darth. Instead, he was just a chaotic mess of the dark side (until he eventually found his way back to the light).
After the mission was unsuccessful, she returned to Vos, whom she betrayed and killed to save Han. Despite this, however, Qi'ra left Solo behind as she traveled to Dathomir to meet with the former Sith Lord Maul, the true leader of Crimson Dawn.

In Star Wars #18, Qi'ra made contact with Leia and wanted to talk, specifically noting that they loved the same man. The Revel heroes tried to get away, but Qi'ra had disabled their hyperdrive so that Leia had to let her aboard.
