Jolyne, Jotaro, Hermes, and Anastasia all perish during combat with Pucci. Because they're dead, they're affected by the accelerated time, and it's assumed their bodies crumbled into dust. So, in the next universe, we see two doppelgangers of Jolyne and Jotaro, but it's not actually them.
He quickly kills Ermes and Anasui, but Jolyne confronts him a final time which results in Emporio managing to escape. During the struggle, Jolyne manages to cut Pucci's right eye. Nonetheless, he finishes her off and Pucci brings about the end of the universe.
16 Jolyne Kujo (Stone Ocean)
During her final stand against Enrico Pucci, she struck him with a barrage of punches. Although she got Emporio to safety, she ultimately sacrificed herself in the process. Made In Heaven cut off both of Stone Free's arms when her guard was down, and Jolyne died from the profuse blood loss.
He wound up sacrificing himself to save her. Ermes and Anasui died shortly after and Jolyne decided to tie Emporio onto a dolphin before sending him away. She engaged in one final battle against Pucci, dying in the process off-screen.
Pucci teamed up with former agent of DIO Johngalli A. to frame Jotaro's daughter, Jolyne Cujoh, in the manslaughter of a hitchhiker, and hired a corrupt lawyer to frame Jolyne for the crime, guaranteeing she would be imprisoned, so Jotaro would come after her.
The unknown force of attraction could have also brought Giorno to Florida, but he never met Pucci. One theory explains that since Giorno was more of a Joestar, so he did not get drawn to Pucci's exact location.
Emporio meets the reincarnations of his friends, including Jolyne, now named Irene (アイリン, Airin), who is considering getting engaged to Anasui's reincarnation, Annakiss, and goes to her father, the reincarnation of Jotaro, to ask his approval.
Narciso Anasui (Narc Anastasia in the English dub) is a major ally from the 6th storyline in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Stone Ocean. He is an inmate in Green Dolphin Street Prison who falls in love with Jolyne and decides to help her with defeating Enrico Pucci.

Jotaro abandoned Jolyne when she was young out of concern for her safety, worried that people associated with Pucci would come to find him and seek Jolyne as a way to get to him. Jolyne comes to understand this aspect of her father, and how he cared about her from a distance without getting involved.
After the universe is rebooted, Jolyne is reincarnated as Irene, who lives in a world free of Pucci's influence.
Khnum (Stardust Crusaders)
Khnum is truly the weakest Stand in all of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Its ability is Transfiguration, allowing its user to take the appearance of another person. The problem is that Khnum gives its user no additional abilities.
Pucci's stand, Made in Heaven, has the ability to speed up time fast enough to surpass Time Stop, meaning Pucci can't be affected by Jotaro even when he stopped time.
During one of these discussions, DIO brings up that he wishes to achieve heaven, and that he has the plans to do so written in his notebook. DIO tells Pucci he would need his assistance in doing so. In Chapter 94 of Stone Ocean, the two are seen laying down in bed together.
Age. Pucci is 39 in Part 6.
When Pucci tried to reset the universe, he didn't succeed and his reality collapsed back to the old one and the effect of Made in Heaven were undone.
How did Jotaro die? In Part 6 of Stone Ocean, he was killed by Pucci as he attempted to protect his daughter, Jolyne from him. His attachment to his daughter stopped him from killing Pucci and putting an end to their battle.
Hamon and Stands do not share a direct connection.
During their last confrontation on the ship, DIO even gave a speech about how he had grown to respect Jonathan, and why he wouldn't take any other person's body as he didn't consider them to be worthy enough. This was DIO's weird way of showing respect to Jonathan.
While Jotaro has become more caring with age, he is a noticeably distant father towards Jolyne Cujoh, but still feels bad that he had to leave her without a father figure for so long. Despite still being rather stoic, he truly loves Jolyne.
During the final battle, Anasui asks Jolyne's father Jotaro for his blessing for his and Jolyne's marriage, claiming that when everything is over, the two will get married.
Emporio manages to take out Pucci, killing him in the alternate universe and preventing his soul from returning to the original. But this doesn't just kill Pucci: it deletes him from existence, so his influence on the world is erased, which stops the events of Stone Ocean from ever happening.
One such occasion occurs when Jolyne reunites with her ex-boyfriend, Romeo, who framed her for vehicular manslaughter. Even though Romeo proved himself to be trustworthy after he betrayed her, Jolyne still injured his tongue so he could never speak again.
