In his early years as a Demon, Muzan settled down with five different women. However, because of his lack of empathy and sensitivity as a demon, he verbally abused all five of his wives to the point it drove them all to commit suicide.
Over his long lifetime, Muzan had a number of families. This includes the one he was born into before becoming a demon. Additionally, he took 5 wives, making each one's life miserable. Repeated abuse and torture drove them to take their lives.
Anne was originally planned to be Muzan`s older sister, who died by the hand of a Demon Slayer but that idea was scrapped, as the author knew practically nothing about Muzan`s early life. Instead, Anne became his wife, by which he had two children.

These wounds are not visible in plain sight and come to light as he weakens. During his final struggle, and as a way to slow down the effects of the sunlight, Muzan adopts an enlarged demonic infant form, approximately as tall as a 3 story building when standing up.
Therefore it is quite evident that Muzan doesn't love his family. They are merely tools to achieve his goal of true immortality and wreak havoc in the years to come.
Toward his many wives, Muzan is abusive to say the least. He mistreated each of his wives so horrendously that he drove each one to suicide in turn. Obviously, that did not dissuade him from continuing to attract innocent women.
After he neutralizes Tamayo's poison and emerges from his flesh cocoon, Muzan's hair grows in length and turns white due to Shinobu's poison accelerating his age. He also grows numerous mouths all over his limbs, each one lined with a set of incredibly sharp fangs.

Does Muzan have a favorite demon? Despite the fact that Muzan. is always shown to have disdain for his creations, Muzan does in fact have a favorite. On that list is Naki, made due to a convenient blood demon.
3 Muzan Mainly Liked Daki Because Of Her Potential To Earn Money. Given how easily Muzan would destroy any demon who didn't have any use for him, people have to wonder how he managed to be so tolerant for Daki's sake even though he already held the notion that she wasn't the brightest of the lot.
Curse of Kibutsuji
This curse besotted any who partake of Muzan's blood must be careful. The curse prevents Muzan's name from being spoken aloud, and any who do will meet a horrible demise. One demon, Susamaru, faced this reality when battling Tamayo.
Despite being the unstoppable force of nature in Demon Slayer, Muzan is still incapable of conquering the Sun.

Being a demon, Muzan is capable of living for many, many years. However, unlike other demons that have aged over hundreds of years. Muzan is well over 1000 years old.
Despite losing his memories, Akaza was noted to have subconsciously retained his strong feelings for Koyuki, this is seen where Doma noted that Akaza absolutely refused to kill and eat women during his hundreds of years as a Demon, despite his obsessive desire for more strength and power.
Doma's lack of fear and inability to show true emotion infuriated him, who desired to be feared and respected, and Muzan never liked Doma as a result.
Daki was obsessed with beauty and if she saw a beautiful human, she immediately grew the need to eat them. With the help of her Obi, Daki would trap her prey and store them inside the Obi. This allowed Daki to consume the trapped people at her leisure.
