Both implants and fillers in the cheeks can create good results for patients, but they won't change eye shape.
If a large amount of filler is placed in the outer cheeks it can make the face appear wider and give the appearance that the eyes are closer together.
Answer: Under eye fillers
Under eye fillers should help reduce the shadowing under your eyes and give you a more refreshed, less tired appearance. Fillers do not usually change the shape of the lower eyelids unless a large volume is put it.
It's worth getting cheek fillers if you're looking to add more volume to your cheeks or if, over time, you've noticed some shadowing under your cheeks. Cheek fillers are a great way to replace volume or add more volume to give you a more youthful, more rested and overall softer look.
Cheek filler
They are ideal for replacing volume loss, enhancing cheek volume, and can improve the appearance of the lower eyelid by volumising the upper cheek area. We recommend using as little as 1ml per session for an enhanced appearance.
The effects of the fillers will wear off after months or years, but the treated area is likely to return to its original state. The benefits of both Botox and fillers will be gone and you'll notice that those lines and volume loss will come back.
Overfilling in the cheeks and under the eyes obliterates the natural lid-cheek junction. The whole mid-face becomes one continuous bulge, and the eyes become smaller, much like a pillow.
As explained in the report, this occurs since our eye, when staring at a screen for a long duration, stretches the muscles, causing the lenses to shift as it has to make room for it to look at close distances, changing their shape entirely.
Answer: Eyelids-changing the shape
While it is possible to change the shape of the eyes by altering the structures supporting the eyelids I would advise against it because of the potential complications.
Answer: Voluma and eyes
When a deep filler like Voluma is used in the mid-cheek - it can accentuate and the depth of the area under the eyes (especially the area under your eye next to your nose - called a "tear trough") and also create shadowing.
Dermal fillers can help offset this loss of facial volume in a non-invasive fashion that replenishes youthfulness and vitality. The filler will be injected into the hollows that occur midway between the lower lids and the cheeks, improving the appearance of the tear troughs as well as undereye bags.
When you have had too much filler, then you may appear to have a bulging forehead, an overly pointy and sharp chin, and overly protruding cheekbones. Furthermore, the filler can stretch and weigh down your skin over time, which is known as filler fatigue.
There are various nonsurgical and surgical treatments that can be used to alter someone's eye shape in a natural and safe way using minimally or less invasive techniques. Nonsurgical treatments include careful placement of Botox injection and/or eyelid filler injection.

The truth is your actual eyeball doesn't ever change in size, and it is entirely developed by the time you are in your early 20s. You can, however, experience things like: Sagging skin. Sagging eyelids.
What treatment does the Almond / Oval / Doe Eye look entail? A tiny amount of Botulinum is injected into the center of the lower lash line at the point of the orbicularis oculi muscle to create a widening of the eye. This is what gives the eye a more oval or almond shape.
Corneal Reshaping Therapy (CRT) is a non-surgical vision correction alternative. CRT is a therapeutic process, which reshapes (flattens) the cornea, the clear front surface of the eye, using reverse geometry contact lenses. This flattening of the cornea reduces nearsightedness.
Genetics are a natural cause for uneven eyes. Genetically uneven eyebrows, or the shape of someone's nose may also contribute to the appearance of asymmetrical eyes. Genetically uneven eyes are not a cause for concern. They are common and generally don't interfere with anyone's health.
Dermal filler will not cause the skin to stretch and sag, once the filler naturally breaks down. The only case where this would happen is if the face were to be grossly overfilled with extreme amounts of dermal fillers, which is something we most certainly do not do at Cityskin.
One concern that many of my patients have is whether cheek filler will make their face look wider, fatter, or give the dreaded “chipmunk” look. In actuality when placed in the right area, cheek filler can make your face look slimmer and more contoured.
The use of fillers in the face to achieve a liquid facelift or to increase the size of your cheek bones will leave some damage behind to your face and in the young patient under the age of 35 it will make you look older.
By adding volume to the cheek area and contouring the shape of your cheek, you can visibly lift your cheekbones and the lower face while filling out fine lines and wrinkles in the process.
Fortunately, dermal fillers work very quickly, and you won't have to wait twelve months to see the full benefits of your injections. That said, these injectable treatments take some time to integrate into your tissues, and it's normal for your dermal filler to take up to two weeks to fully settle into your face.
Do they lift like a facelift? Never. However, they do provide a bit of a lift or give the illusion of lifting. Cheek fillers also provide volume to the face.
Almond eyes are considered the most ideal eye shape because you can pretty much pull off any eyeshadow look. And believe me, this is a huge plus! Almond eyes have an oval shape with a slightly upturned outer corner.
