Before and during the first few episodes of, season 6, Dean lives with the Braedens for a full year, living an "Apple Pie" life. Dean's nickname for Lisa is "Lis'". Their relationship came to a tragic end when he requested Castiel to erase her memories of him.
A good example is when Dean moves in to live with her and Lisa embraces him, and doesn't ask where he went or why he's sad. Lisa's relationship with Dean ends when Crowley targets her, forcing Dean to remove himself from her life permanently. It is safe to say that the two loved each other deeply up to that point.
While it was nice to see Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) reunite in Heaven after a heartfelt Kansas-turned-Neoni rendition of the series' official/unofficial theme song "Carry On Wayward Son," it's no secret that not everyone was particularly happy with the show's ultimate conclusion.
Lisa Braeden is a single mother of one, who had a fling with Dean Winchester back in 1999, whilst he was on a hunt in the vicinity. She has a young boy named Ben who shares similarities to Dean, although she has categorically stated that he is not his child.
When Dean had first met Ben Dean considered the possibility that Ben might actually be his son. Lisa confirmed to Dean that Ben wasn't his son and his similarities to him was due to her 'type' that she hooked up with that Dean had fallen under.

This is reconfirmed in the Supernatural finale when Sam's soul ascended into Heaven and materialized next to Dean's soul, making him the first person he interacted with in the afterlife. The brothers are unique in that they are the only soulmates who are family rather than spouses.
Eileen Leahy - Sam's final love (Season 15)

However, as a teenager, Dean did find love with a girl named Robin. Like always, Dean didn't get to stay with her but they did have a moment where they reconnected their love even if it was briefly. To Dean, she was the one that he let get away.
Fitting: Ended Up In Heaven
Most fans know that whenever a person dies, they either go to Heaven or Hell. Because Dean died several times in the show, it was only fitting that he not only died in the show's finale but that he was rewarded for his job as a hunter by going to Heaven.
He made Lisa and Ben forget him, but it was a terrible mistake. We've seen the Winchesters make plenty of mistakes in the past. One that has never come up since it happened in Supernatural Season 6 is when Dean wiped the memories of Lisa and Ben.

Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki)
After losing his brother, Sam lived a long, happy life. He got married, he had a son — named Dean — and when he died in his old age, he finally got to hug Dean in heaven.
Although she dates Nelson later in her adulthood at the end of Season 27's "Barthood," "Holidays of Futures Passed" and its sequel, Season 25's "Days of Future Future," reveal that Lisa eventually married Milhouse and had a daughter, Zia.
