When you're in your 20s, they're fully grown at about 24 millimeters, a little larger than a peanut. Your eyes don't get bigger in middle age. They only grow during childhood and your teens. But the shape of your eyes may change.
Although the eyes consist of living tissues that evolve until the end of life, their growth usually stops around the age of 20. The most significant changes of this stage occur from the age of 40, where the eye begins to lose the ability to focus, an eye problem known as presbyopia.
When we're born, our eyes are about two-thirds smaller than they'll be when we reach adulthood. Our eyes grow over our lifetime, especially during the first two years of our life and during puberty when we're teenagers.

The myth stops here
And while we have the least amount when we enter the world for the first time, remember that babies may be born with eyes of blue, brown, hazel, green, or some other color. It's simply a myth that all of us — or most of us, for that matter — are blue-eyed at birth.

The appearance of a small eye could be a sign of enophthalmos. This is a condition where the eye begins to sink into the socket. The cause of this condition includes development problems in utero, inflammation conditions and trauma.

Compare your eyes with your nose and mouth size to figure out your eye size. Eyes that are "average" in size are similar to that of your mouth or nose, if not a little smaller. If your eyes are significantly smaller, though, you have small eyes. If they are larger than your other features, you have large eyes.

But here is one special structure called cartilage that continue to grow till death. Also one important point to mention is that cartilage is present at several sites in our body but mainly the cartilage(softer connective tissues) of ear and nose continue to grow.
Those two parts are the ears and the nose, and it's also strange that both of these parts are located on the head. When most body parts will begin to grow slowly and gradually stop growing (mostly after puberty ends), the ears and nose will continue to increase in size, causing the ears and nose to become larger.
