Women are happy with one night stands as long as they made the first move and enjoyed the sex. A study of 763 people also found females are more likely to regret sleeping with someone too soon, while men are likely to regret passing up casual sex. Men care less about who makes the first move.
Sounds like quite a night. And it looks like quite a few Americans have participated in a night of one-time passion. A study conducted by DatingAdvice.com found three out of five men and one out of three women have had a one-night stand.
The Anatomy of a One-Night Stand
Of the people surveyed, nearly 66 percent had a one-night stand at least once. That's well over half of respondents, proving it may be more common than you think. Of these people, an overwhelming amount of these encounters were spontaneous.
