Women tend to prefer men with fit, athletic bodies.
They prefer men who are in much better shape than average but not as lean and strong as most men wish to be. Certainly not as muscular as most bodybuilders. Think of the bodies of soccer players, rugby players, and mixed martial artists.
A strong back is among the most important muscles women like the most in men. A wide back gives a V-shaped torso and is often synonymous with masculinity and strength. It aesthetically changes the physique and gives an overall robust look.
In a HerCampus.com survey of over 100 college women across the country, a majority ranked arms as the biggest turn on. Women feel it's a sign that you take good care of your body and admitted they love to see a hint of a man's biceps through his t-shirt or sweater.
Women desire a man who is honorable, fair, and ethical. In terms of relationships, having integrity can help strengthen the bond a man has with a woman, as his moral principles will guide his behavior and help him to be the best partner that he can be.
Women like muscles; men are intimidated by them.
Researchers have found that a man's physical formidability is a better predictor than his attractiveness for how many partners he has had. In the study, researchers recorded short videos of 157 different men.
They found that women were most attracted to muscles that are harder to develop, primarily the abs and biceps. Interestingly, the muscles women found most attractive were, in this order: glutes, biceps, abs, pecs, shoulders, obliques, triceps, and quads.
A primary way to look and feel more masculine is to build up muscles, especially in the upper body. Many of us use moderate weightlifting to produce a moderate increase in muscle mass.

Silent men have a rich inner circle with intriguing feelings and thoughts, and this appears to act as a magnet between women. Women want to know what they are thinking, and they are unable to figure it out. This creates an intense aura around men and women are not able to break it down.
Finally, an additional study found that in terms of gauging facial attractiveness, instead of rating men with strong jaws and “macho” features as more appealing, women were more drawn to men with skinnier faces.

Sensitivity and empathy

Like women, men want a life partner who will be trustworthy, faithful and reliable. They want a wife who will stand by their side and, considering divorce rates, it's no surprise that dependability would continue to be attractive.
Furthermore, a data dive by Christian Rudder, co-founder of OkCupid, has used surveys to find the male age women find attractive above all others. The result? Between 38 and 39.
Muscularity is sexy.
In a separate study, women reported that their short-term sexual partners were more muscular than their other partners. The researchers suggest women have fewer requirements for muscular men.
Your hair is the most noticeable thing to a woman and usually it helps them decide if they really like it or understand it! Maybe because it's the topmost physical feature on your body. Most women do not prefer unkempt or untidy hair and neither are they big on man-buns, undercuts or mushrooms anymore.
