Borderlands 3 saw Lilith needing to own up to her leadership role, guiding the Crimson Raiders despite the loss of her powers near the start of the game.
Lilith used a large extent of her powers while battling Troy and Tyreen which resulted in her missing siren tattoos. Lilith siren abilities were snatched by Troy or Tyreen.
In the Diablo 4 ending, we see the death of Lilith, who crumbles to dust following a challenging battle in the Throne of Hatred.

After meeting Gertie and learning her motivations, Lilith takes an interest in making an emotional connection with humans. But she realizes that she can't do that while keeping her immortality, so she gave it up so she can understand Humans.
Both are incredibly powerful beings with their own unique strengths and weaknesses. In the past, Diablo has been the main antagonist in the Diablo games, but it's possible that Lilith will be portrayed as even more powerful than Diablo in this upcoming game.
