Chariot Requiem is the Stand that Polnareff develops when Silver Chariot is stabbed with the Arrow. Polnareff died shortly after the arrow pierced the original Silver Chariot, and, as a result, the Stand survived and moves on its own (much like Notorious B.I.G).
The latter venture quickly brought him into contact with Diavolo, a malevolent Stand user and rising criminal presence. Completely unaware of how to combat King Crimson, Polnareff was forced off a steep cliff, destroying his legs.
Having been born with Silver Chariot, Polnareff is stated to have intensively trained with his Stand, with great results.
Polnareff's final moments were thoughts of times he spent with Joestar Group during the events of Stardust Crusaders. Due to Silver Chariot Requiem's ability, Polnareff's soul is transferred into Coco Jumbo. There Polnareff's soul makes his residence within Coco Jumbo's Stand called Mr. President.
People mistake the turtle for being Polnareff after his death, however, Coco Jumbo and Polnareff are purely separate entities.
Polnareff was killed by Diavolo but then his soul was attached to Coco Jumbo. During the final moments of Vento Aureo, Polnareff showed that he didn't underestimate Diavolo one bit and advised Bucciarati's Gang.
Abilities. Silver Chariot is a powerful, battle-dedicated close-range Stand that primarily fights with the rapier it is equipped with. It is an incredibly agile Stand, and it usually relies on attacking enemies with barrages of sword slashes and thrusts before the opponent can react.
You see, this Stand is the evolved form of Silver Chariot from Part 3 after it was pierced by a Stand-creating Arrow. Chariot Requiem's powers are insane - it can regenerate from harm, put tons of people to sleep in a wide radius, and transform living organisms into monsters from another dimension!
