According to the accounts of Septon Eustace, prior to her turning sixteen, Rhaenyra lost her virginity to her uncle, Prince Daemon, after he seduced her.
The story of the princess and her valiant knight did not end as a fairy tale, though. A sordid and controversial story began to spread that Rhaenyra lost her virginity to her uncle Daemon at age 16. No one knows if that is true. But Targaryens had long married within the family to keep their bloodlines pure.
He ended up getting carried away but eventually stopped himself from going too far. So Viserys' only problem is that he thinks Daemon took Rhaenyra's virginity. But he didn't. So in Daemon's mind, he probably doesn't see much of what he did as being that wrong to begin with.
In Fire & Blood, the book House of the Dragon is based on, Daemon and Rhaenyra go on to have two boys: Aegon and Viserys. Yup, another Aegon and another Viserys. They also have a daughter, Visenya, but she is sadly a stillborn baby.
Daemon struggles with impotence. This may also be why he has fathered no children with his wife. When Rhaenyra was aggressive in their encounter, Daemon's loss of control changed his handle on things.
Are Rhaenyra and Daemon Related? Like many other Targaryens, Daemon and Rhaenyra are both related by blood and (eventually) romantically involved. Rhaenyra is Daemon's niece, as the daughter of his older brother, King Viserys I. The two also are brother- and sister-in-law through their earlier marriages.
By the fireplace, Rhaenyra says that this is bigger than their ascension. She mentions the “Song of Ice and Fire” prophecy. Daemon grabs Rhaenyra by the neck, choking her and saying that Viserys wanted desperately to make his reign more significant. He says dreams didn't make them kings, dragons did.
She Lost Her Virginity To Her Uncle
Sure to be one of Matt Smith's best characters, it was clear from early on that there was a remarkable bond between Daemon and his niece, Rhaenyra. Many of the chroniclers agree that he was, in fact, the one who took her virginity.
However, this was more than just an illicit liaison, as Rhaenyra and Daemon got married at the end of the episode.
While House Of The Dragon episode 4 showed Daemon was able to seduce Rhaenyra by kissing and undressing her, he couldn't fulfill the act due to impotence.

He initially tells the princess to stop but soon accepts her advances, and the two sleep together. The two have been great friends and Ser Criston is one of the few people Rhaenyra trusts so, can't say we didn't see this coming!
Aegon III, aka Aegon the Younger: Rhaenyra and Daemon's first child together. Aegon Targaryen, aka Jon Snow: Yes, he comes much later, when a song of ice and fire plays out. But he could be the prince that was promised, though that's still up for debate.
In House of the Dragon episode 8, Rhaenyra Targaryen is pregnant with her daughter Visenya. Despite Rhaenyra and Daemon's excitement over having another child, their daughter will tragically never take a breath of air.
Laenor is seemingly killed by his lover Ser Qarl Correy, but it turns out that Rhaenyra, Daemon, Laenor, and Qarl worked together to fake his death so the two lovers could escape across the Narrow Sea. For the world of "Game of Thrones," that's a pretty happy ending.

After Daemon was exiled she seduced criston just for a teenage fun, like arianne she was fond of him, not in love with him..
