In Hogwarts Legacy, you'll have the option to make evil choices like practicing the dark arts but you can't become a full-on dark wizard.
In the world of Harry Potter as we know it, there are no recorded instances of a person who was sorted into Hufflepuff ever becoming a Death Eater, or any other kind of Dark Wizard for that matter.
The Heir of Hufflepuff was none other than Cedric Diggory, who was well on his way to fulfilling the prophecy of the Heir of Hufflepuff when he was tragically murdered by Peter Pettigrew. Thus, the prophecy would remain unfulfilled forever.

Once you return to the castle, you can visit Sebastian in the Undercroft in the Defence Against the Dark Arts tower, and ask to learn about it. 1 Voldemort – Harry Potter
He who should not be named makes the number one spot. Voldemort is known for his viciously evil nature. He has wiped out entire generations of Wizards for standing against him, and his power in the dark arts knows no equal.
Gellert Grindelwald was the world's most infamous dark wizard before Lord Voldemort. He immersed himself in the Dark Arts while he was studying at Durmstrang, one of the eight most prominent wizarding schools in the world.
The Killing Curse was created in the early Middle Ages by Dark witches and wizards. Primarily, the curse was used to quickly slay opponents during a duel.
This is because only the Hufflepuff Common Room contains the portrait of the former Minister of Magic, "Eldritch Diggory." Mr. Diggory will ask Hufflepuff players for help with something after Professor Fig has been gone for a while and will begin the Hufflepuff exclusive Quest "Prisoner of Love."
The truest hufflepuff villain I can think of is Adolph Hitler. Similar to gryffindor, they believe they're working for a cause, except it's not based on personal moral belief as much as perceived needs from others, and the greater good, something outside themselves.

For players who did not take the Slytherin House or chose to turn in Sebastian without learning the curse, they can access Avada Kedavra in the Dark Arts Battle Arena, though this is only available if you purchased the Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe Edition or purchased the Dark Arts Pack DLC.
Its incantation is Avada Kedavra. The only known counter-spell is sacrificial protection, which uses the magic of love. However, one may dodge the green bolt or block it with a physical barrier.
Although there are strengths to every house, Hufflepuff house in particular often comes up short. While the other houses seem cool and invite a certain allure, Hufflepuff is a little different. Often considered the least desirable of all the sorting options, here are some reasons why Hufflepuff house is the worst.
Peter Pettigrew
Wormtail) is the only Death Eater known to have been in a House other than Slytherin (Gryffindor) while at Hogwarts. There, he was a close friend of Sirius Black, James Potter, and Remus Lupin, although he was the least intelligent and least talented of the group.
