Neck curl ups: Another facial exercise you can try to create a more chiseled jawline is a neck curl up. Lying on your back, press your tongue to the roof of your mouth to activate your neck muscles. Then bring your chin to your chest and lift your head off the ground slightly; complete three sets of 10 repetitions.
