Tolerance in Islam is not based on indifference towards religions and beliefs; the necessity of choosing between truth and falsehood and also considering prophets as merely the introducers of truth to the people are the two essential fundamentals of tolerance in belief considering the Islamic view.
In the Quran tolerance is viewed a necessary prerequisite for coexistence. It assumes social, cultural and religious differences that require toleration, even if these differences do not meet with the approval of the parties involved. Tolerance without greater acceptance indicates a sense of conditioned approval.
Religious tolerance in Islam is expressed by the acceptance of religious pluralism, which gives legitimacy to the existence of religious differences in society. Islam rejects compelling anyone to adopt or leave a religion; it explicitly allows non-Muslims to express, practice and teach their religious beliefs.
The results of the research in this thesis found that: (1) The meaning contained in surah az-Zumar verse 18 contains the basics of tolerance education which contains learning about the ethics of listening to conversations, respecting, and respecting messages conveyed by Allah SWT.
One way you can take care of your mind is by doing dhikr. It grants tranquility, calmness and also brings you closer to Allah (s.w.t), which puts you further into a relaxing state of mind.
Pick up some activities that can help you relax like sports, yoga, or meditation. One of the symptoms of anxiety is that you stop doing things that like to do. So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? So, (O mankind and Jinn,) which of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? Then to whichever of your Lord's boons do you (both) (i.e., the jinn and mankind) cry lies? Which, then, of your Lord's blessings do you both deny?
If you're tolerant it means that you accept people who are unlike you or put up with stuff you don't like. If you let your roommate play the same awful '80s mix over and over and don't say anything, you're probably a very tolerant person. Broad-minded and open thinking is a hallmark of tolerant behavior.
The teachings of Islam invite people to live a peaceful life based on theism, justice and purity. Therefore, peace in Islam is an eternal constitution. Even the nature of war in Islam is a defensive one, not an offensive one, because the principle of Islam is peace and coexistence, not conflict, violence and war.
Tolerance is becoming accustomed to injustice; love is becoming disturbed and activated by another's adverse condition. Tolerance crosses the street; love confronts. Tolerance builds fences; love opens doors. Tolerance breeds indifference; love demands engagement.
The limits of toleration hence are reached when one party tries to dominate others by making its rejectable views the general norm. Such a denial of the right to justification is a form of intolerance that cannot be tolerated.
The Prophet replied, “Do not become angry,” and he repeated this three times. On another occasion the Prophet asked his companions, “Do you know who the strong person is?” His companions replied, “The one who is able to wrestle others down.” The Prophet responded, “No, it is the one who is able to control their anger.”

The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: “No person suffers any anxiety or grief and says this supplication, but Allah will take away his sorrow and grief, and give him in their stead joy. Having said that, however, Muslims are not immune to the feeling of grief or depression.
