Make sure you are in the permissions tab and click add. Select the user or users that you would like to share your calendar with and click add. Click OK. Choose which permission you would like to provide to the user, select apply and click OK.
From your Calendar folder, on the Home menu, select Share Calendar. Choose the calendar you want to share from the drop-down menu. In the Calendar Properties dialog box, click Add. You can search for people from your address book or type in their email addresses in the Add box.
Record an Outlook item manually

According to Microsoft Office Support, there may be several reasons why you are unable to share your Outlook Calendar: You are trying to share with an email address outside your business organization. You are trying to give permission to an invalid email address. You are trying to give permission to an Office365 group.
Colleagues with the can edit permission level in Outlook can add, remove or add appointments in your calendar. The difference with the delegate permission is that they don't receive the meeting requests and meeting invite responses for you.
Select New event at the top or double-click on the calendar area to open a new calendar item form. In the Save to calendar field, select their calendar. You will only see calendars that are added to your calendar list and for which you have editor or delegate permissions. Fill out the rest of the fields as needed.

By default, your calendar settings should be set to Free/ Busy Time. This means that other users trying to access your calendar can see the time blocks of your appointments, but not the details.

Change calendar sharing permissions
, and select Calendar. Under Your calendars, right-click the calendar for which you want to update sharing settings, and select Sharing permissions. to stop sharing your calendar with that person.
Right click your calendar, then select Sharing Permissions from the menu. In the Calendar Properties window, select the Permissions tab to view your current calendar permissions settings. Select the Default name, then use the Permission Level dropdown to choose your desired permission level.
Under Exchange Online, click Calendar Management. In Calender Permission Tasks, click Modify Calendar Permissions. In Select Users/Groups & Permisions, Choose the users and groups whose permissions you wish to modify in Select Users/Groups field by clicking the icon.
In Outlook on the web, select the Calendar icon. to open the Settings pane. In the Settings pane, you can change the time zone, date format, time format, and first day of the week. If you want to change a different settings, use the search bar to quickly find what you need, or select View all Outlook settings.
