Unlink your address
Scroll down, then tap Settings. Tap the Gmail account you'd like to unlink from your other account. In the "Linked Account" section, tap Unlink account.
First of all, they're different accounts. Your original Gmail address is your Google account, and it gives you access to Google's services and devices. Even if it's associated with a Gmail address, your Microsoft account is a different account that gives you access only to Microsoft's devices and services.
Select Start > Settings > Accounts > Other users. Select the person's name or email address, then select Remove. Read the disclosure and select Delete account and data. Note that this will not delete the person's Microsoft account, but it will remove their sign-in info and account data from your PC.
Click on the Gear icon before your name in the upper part of the page and then select More Mail Settings. Under Managing your accounts, click Your email account. Locate the Gmail account and then click the Details link next to it. Click Remove and then follow the instructions that will prompt.
There is no undo merge command, it has to be done manually. First go to Settings>icloud and scroll to the bottom of the page. Tap Delete to disconnect from your brother's icloud account - this will not delete data in his account or devices.
In the Mailboxes list, tap Edit in the upper-right corner, then tap New Mailbox. Give your mailbox a name. If you have more than one email account set up on your device, tap Mailbox Location and choose the account where you want to create a mailbox. Tap Save, then tap Done.
Unlink your address
In the 'Linked Account' section, tap Unlink account. Choose whether to keep copies of emails from the account.
Sign in to Outlook on the web. Under Your app settings, select Mail. In the navigation pane, choose Mail, and under Accounts, select Connected accounts. Select Yes to confirm that you want to stop connecting to the account.
You can add a Gmail account to Microsoft Outlook, and manage it in Outlook, to view and manage all of your email in one place. In Outlook, select File, then Add Account. Enter your Email Address for your Gmail account and select Connect.
Both Outlook and Gmail are email service providers but in completely different formats. The biggest difference between the two is that Outlook is an email client while Gmail is essentially webmail – which means it can be accessed via web browsers and apps only.
Select File > Account Settings > Account Settings. On the Email tab, select the Exchange account, then click Change > More Settings. On the Advanced tab, under Open these additional mailboxes, select the other person's mailbox and then select Remove.

On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gmail app . At the top right, tap your profile picture or initial. Google Account. If you don't use Gmail, go to myaccount.google.com.
The only way to sign out of the Gmail app is to remove your entire account from your phone or tablet. However, you can do many of the same tasks through other actions. When you remove an account, it removes the account from all apps on the device.
