Look for a Gmail link in the "My Products" section of your Google account. If the Gmail account has been deleted, you will not see a link to Gmail. If a link does appear in this section, the Gmail account is still active.
In the Users list, find the user. If you need help, see Find a user account. The account status is shown in the Status column. If the user's account status is in red text or suspended, click the user's name to open their account page.

You deactivated your account more than 30 days ago
If it has been more than 30 days since you deactivated, you will not be able to reactivate your account. Sign up for a new account.
If we can't find an account that matches: We'll let you know. Double-check for typos, or try a different email address or phone number. If we're still unable to find a match, you can create a new account.
When your Google Account has not been used within a 2-year period, your Google Account, that is then deemed inactive, and all of its content and data may be deleted.
